I agree....the pictures aren't that clear. I suppose I could see a mark but I'm not sure. If she doesn't want to say what the issue is, ok.....not sure why maybe was the answer?

I can't see any imperfection. It looks fine to me. Keep it if you love it. Whatever the imperfection is, it is not very obvious.
I joined the club today with the reverse PM[emoji7] and the cherry on top is that it's made in France. I was presently surprised since most are made in US
We just got back from Paris and I'm joining the club with my pochette metis! I was so lucky they had the PM in classic monogram and noir at the Champs-Elysees store the day we went in. I was holding my breath when I told the sales associate the bags I was interested in. He said they had just received a shipment the previous afternoon. After much deliberation and inspection, I went with the classic monogram PM. So elated to join the club!! ....and of course, it's made in France!!
Well, my point is: if you are not able notice it, maybe everything is okay and it is only me...
Anyway...long story short: today I received my PM reverse and the same day I sent it to the repair, so 6 weeks of waiting... What happened? Reverse monogram was damaged on the front flap and wrinkled from front and inner side. Looked like a fake... Hopefully my request and claim will be heard and accepted, so I won't pay for the repair or they won't make a pressure on me to take other one with different damage (lock not in the center or so) ...I learned my lesson! Never order an item almost out of stock. It is already a garbage, they are cleaning the storage with all the returned and damaged ones...ah!

My friend is there as well on 8-jun, and he successfully secured a noir pm for me. I am not sure if I missed out the mono. Is it a lots of stock, or you have the last one?

Yes, the canvas was scratched...plus the flap was wrinkled... claimed new...I went back to the store and requested a repair...I ordered online and did not get a new item, not from the factory, it was tracked down from East Coast even though I live in CA (where is the factory, both of them)...I am very close to give up and let LV be...I will see what quality I will receive next - Triangle Softy, depends on that.

Could you tell me what's like your front edge surface? Is it same as embossed in the middle or soft due pulled into the corner like SA explain
Here is my photo shows a bit subtle pulled to the edge so the logos a bit fade different from in the middle

I was in Paris the first week of May hunting for a PM, sold out everywhere! We must have hit 6 stores! So exciting you were able to get one!! Congrats!!!
I just got an empreinte noir last week and I noticed that the glazing is uneven and tends to overflow. It doesn't bother me as long as the glazing is not melting or dented.
Here is mine. I think yours is fine. Each bag is unique. If you cannot live with it, then you can exchange and wait for another one to come.
