So I just called Client Services! I placed the order last night and it's already been dispatched from the distribution center.. according to her its not a returned bag! I guess I'll believe when I see it.. fingers crossed Has to be flawless for me to keep it

Congratulations @Deks! - it sounds as if you will definitely receive your bag. My status is the same as michelle217, payment pending AND there is no order for the bag on my LV account.

Thanks hon! I did get the shipping info.. I just hope its a brand new bag in perfect condition I paid with my credit card! Did you login through your lv account and then make a purchase or just via paypal on the website without logging in?

I logged into my account. But when I accessed my account it shows a bag in my shopping cart, not in My Orders. Paypal shows the order pending. This is quite the fiasco <lol>!
@Deks - Did you receive a confirmation order email from LV after you made your purchase? I am truly and honestly happy that you received a shipping notice and will get a bag!
My biggest issue with this situation is not so much the bag not being available but LV's handling of the matter, the inconsistent, incorrect information and "don't give a d---" attitude. This type of (lack of) response and support from a high end retailer, is unbelievable.

ETA: I thought to use my credit card, but I was afraid that by the time I got out of bed, went on another level to get my card and return, the bag may have disappeared out of my cart. I didn't want to take that chance, so I just clicked on Paypal, to complete the purchase quickly. Obviously, that didn't work. :smartass: LOL

hi there to all the aussies, i been calling the customer service line and apparently the waiting list for all pochette models Are now closed, i wonder if i go in to the store if they would actually put me on the list, i do find the service line vs. the store SA's say two different things sometimes :/


It's worth a try :)
If the drive is not too far.
