@luv2bling I definitely received a shipping notification via email yesterday that the bag has indeed shipped and was provided with a Tracking # from FedEx. And I'm in Canada, so I'm not quite sure if that makes a difference.

And heaven help them if there is ONE flaw on this bag. It's getting returned PRONTO with a piece of my mind. I have a moderate (but gorgeous) LV collection- most recent being a mono Artsy I purchased in West Palm Beach last year. That was an interesting purchase! I remember being all excited and heading back to our hotel to do a thorough "inspection" while my husband made us Martinis, only to realize that the damn mono pattern was UNEVEN!!! I almost fainted, then became extremely angry! I returned to the boutique the next day where they profusely apologized and offered me to go through ALL of the Artsies they had in their inventory and choose the one I wanted :noworry: But I wasn't impressed that there was a flaw to begin with. I mean, that's the beauty (and what we are all paying for) with Louis Vuitton. Perfection should NEVER be compromised where this company is concerned, in my opinion,

Anyhow, my point is, if there's ANY FLAW related to this bag whatsoever, it's going to be quickly dealt with.

Have to say that I had originally wanted the black Empreinte, but decided on the mono because for some reason, I like it more and to be honest, I don't like the interior lining in the Empreinte. This entire purchase has been a circus event and the fact that we are all being told conflicted info is bizarre!
 
just keep checking and buy it online, it's so must faster and easier to just check there and do it on your own. i got the reverse, not mono, but i saw mono up for a bit yesterday (US site)
I was able to snag one from the website last night. Just received my shipping email with tracking information. Hope it arrives in perfect condition.
 

@Contessa - I agree with all that you've said. Knowing my order is in limbo I'm not so sure about the status of my bag. It will be interesting to see what unfolds. Still hoping! However, I have zero confidence in Client Services and think it's of no service to the consumer, whatsoever.

I received mine last week on the 26th of May and the date code says PL 1127. So almost 2 months ago it was made.. I looked over it and it seems perfect and still has the protective sticker on the front clasp. I'm interested to see if there are dates made past April since I was told only stock already made are being sold, no more are being made in the mono I was told.
