hi there to all the aussies, i been calling the customer service line and apparently the waiting list for all pochette models Are now closed, i wonder if i go in to the store if they would actually put me on the list, i do find the service line vs. the store SA's say two different things sometimes :/
@leelaala - as has been proven here, information from client services is unreliable. I would follow the recommendations from tpf members and stalk the website for availability. You can join me in my morning, noon and night LV website stalking for a bag. LV's IT security team has seen so many hits from my IP address they may think I'm trying to hack their network. :panic:

I've been admiring from afar the PM Empriente Noir since it launched. It wasn't until today I decided it was time I went into my local store today to try my luck. They had a PM Empriente Noir in store, but sadly on hold for another customer :( I was able to try it on to have an idea on how it looked, size etc. and it confirmed my decision. The SA said it was only available by reservation at this time. The SA asked if I would like to be put on the waitlist/reservation for one as she said it could be 3-4 weeks to 2-3 months, but faster if I put a reservation in with my CC.
I decided to put my reservation as I really love the bag and have waited some time to go for it. So far the Canadian website has indicated it is sold out. I hope to get the call/text from the SA soon. I have my eye on a small item at the store...maybe I should go back, get that small item from the same SA and just to try my luck again [emoji23]

For those of you who have both the PM mono & reverse...

The mono is what originally caught my eye & I obsessed over it for months. It's also what finally urged me get into LV - was my first!! But I've only used her twice bc I'm paranoid about getting the vachetta messed up. I bought scarves to cover the handle, but now realize I'm just not a scarf person, much as I love them on other people. & other LV items I'm drawn to (slg's excluded) don't have vachetta.

When I found out about the reverse with black trim I was obsessed again bc YAY I could use it in all weather & conditions without worry. Finally was able to buy one & love it!! But now I find my first instinct is to use the reverse & not the mono.

I'm wondering for those of you who have mono & reverse...do you find use for each one? Or was I being overzealous & it's redundant to have both?

I guess my gut says I should sell the mono, but it's got some sentimental value & well as the fear that it's so hard to get for now & I don't want to regret it.

Any words of wisdom?

My Speedy Empreinte Aurore from 2012 has glazing melting issue and brought it to the store. I was briefed that Aurore color is discountinued then given 2 options; either to have the Speedy repair free of charge or full credit. I took the full credit because I don't want to feel another heartache imagining the bag would come back after repair to look different. And here it is, I got a PM in Noir and a bandeau to go with it so it won't look as dull.
