Yes, glad that several of us were successful tonight. Looks like LV released a "stock" of them. I hope persons on wait lists, around the globe, are able to purchase their bags.

@Contessa - congratulations on receiving your shipping notice.
I checked my online LV account for my order status and didn't see the order listed so I called LV client services.

Unfortunately for some of us - ( @Deks and @michelle217 ), I was by LV client services that the bags are DEFINITELY not available, so even if the system lets you place the item in your car and complete Payment (via Paypal) - your Paypal account is debited - LV won't be able to complete the order.
For those of you who completed Payment last night - did you use Paypal or enter your credit card info directly? According to client services if you used your credit card directly - you should have received an Out of Stock notice, when you attempted to complete payment .
I was also told these bags have been out of stock for months, with an extremely long wait list for the bag and there are absolutely none in the company. I inquired as to how some recent purchases are being completed and the response was "bag returns".
At this point I have absolutely no idea what's going on with LV and these bags! So if a bag was shipped to you recently, check it to make sure it's OK just by some miracle client services was right and the bags getting shipped are returns.

That isn't accurate... I just placed an order online last week for a monogram PM and it arrived Friday. Went on my credit card and everything was processed just like any other online order. I realize that stock is low but they do indeed have stock. Mine was clearly brand new, lock centered, glazing looks perfect, etc.
 
Lol Congratulations! My purchase wasn't "smooth sailing" I must confess. First, I tried logging in and was told my password needed to be re-set for my protection as LV was updating their system. Then when I changed my password, my session expired. This went on back and forth a few times and I eventually completed the transaction as a "Guest". Very frustrating for a luxury brand/website.

Funny thing though, originally when I read you should "call for availability" I did just that and was told the mono is unavailable and was placed on a reservations list. Then, 5 minutes later, it was "available" online so I snagged it- despite the online circus obstacles :hrmm: For the hassle, I think they should send me a complimentary iPhone case lol! :biggrin:

@rprochaska - your order is another case which disputes what client services told me. The bad information is ridiculous. Thanks for sharing.

Another case - LV client services (this morning) says "none in the stores" or online. What in the world is going on?

I usually get a notice from my credit card that it was used and in what amount. Haven't received that, so payment hasn't gone through yet. The order is listed in my LV purchases as "Pending Order Verification." It is possible that it was a glitch last night that allowed us all to purchase. We shall see and I will update if I see any progress on my order!

Woah! I am nervous now. I used my credit card... the order did go through however the charge is still pending. I do see the order in my lv account. The status is 'in preparation' [emoji848] Are they sending me a returned bag or might just cancel it? I am so confused at this point!!!!
