Well then, maybe give them one more chance? Say you want one that has been properly checked out and if they can't find one that is in good condition you'd like your money back. Do you have anything else in mind aside from the pm?

I never thought I'd be this happy with a bag. The functionality of it is amazing. Haven't been able to stop using her since I got her. [emoji178][emoji178][emoji178]
So far so good. I've only worn this bag a few times and I haven't had any issues (knock on wood.) It gets a little heavy if I have my son's iPad mini in it (probably bc of the otterbox) but other than that it's pretty great.
That tag is enough for me to pass on this bag
I wonder why they didn't hide it in the last pocket or the outside zipper pocket. I hope I can find one MIF.
It's a hard decision but I adore empreinte but not in this style tbh. I think it'll stretch eventually with so many compartments.
I guess if I didn't have another empreinte bag, I'd be tempted to have my next bag in empreinte as its gorgeous but I truly think mono is best for the pm. For me....reversible is even better as there's a wonderful black leather trim and interesting reversible canvas. I opened a bottle of carbonated water this week.... which went everywhere including onto my pm. If I'd have had vachetta, it would've been damaged ....with my black leather trim , it was as good as new.

Not it's not, return it. I wouldn't be surprised if you received mine. Mine was shipped from California to me in Florida and I didn't accept it yesterday for the same reason. I posted about it here yesterday. Pic attached.
