First they told me there is a black one on hold for me (Sydney George st), I came and no one know about it !! This is on 2 March, a day after the launch date.

Then SA at the store put me on their wait list for a black one, also SA at the store claimed that not all store will receive the same colour.

This is my experience about Their customer service !!

Yes, I got a call earlier in the week saying there was one at the store waiting for me and on the same call they said that was a mistake and it was on order. And they were calling to let me know it was on order and they'd call me to let me know when to come on [emoji53][emoji53][emoji12] no idea what that was about lol.

I've been stalking a mono PM online off and on for weeks - it's been out of stock. By fluke today I was able to place one in my cart! Note, it kicked me out when I went to place order the 1st time (stating it was out of stock, call for availability)... Two minutes later it showed a 'place in cart' and I successfully checked out. Now my status says "order in preparation" (o: Fingers Crossed and anxious to join the PM club. I also ordered a Speedy 30 DE and was able to get overnight express complimentary. Whoo Hoo!!

Are you in the US? I've also been stalking the mono PM online for weeks. Last week I was able to put it in my cart but then it said it was out of stock. I put myself on the wait list after talking to a couple agents over the phone. Kept getting different answers so am just a little confused as to how the PM can be in stock online 1 min but yet there's a wait list for the item.

I am in US and it was delivered this morning from NJ. Keep stalking/refreshing...I just got lucky! Too many different answers from SA's so I gave up on that (I am nowhere near a store so it's all been through 1-866 for me). I don't understand the availabilities. I've read many have been able to purchase online only to get a email/call that it's not available so place in cart isn't foolproof either. But I'm proof it's possible - sending you PM 'place in cart' good juju!

The nearest LV to me is an hour away but the SA's there aren't the nicest. Can't wait to see your reveal.
 
I am just so upset right now I received my replacement in the store so I went in and the replacement was defective super noticeable it was sideways the lock the stitching and then to make matters worse they offered me the very first empreinte metis they received, and the embossing on the front was superlight you could tell it was going to fade. I'm super disappointed and dissatisfied. Both of the bags that were offered to me were made in USA.

That is terrible! I'm so sorry to hear this! What are you going to do? Surely they would notice this? Where's the quality control in LV?!?!? Seriously this is becoming a real problem they need to get their Sh!t together on their QC. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35] so angry for you!

To make Matters worse, I purchased my Metis not even 10 days ago. It cracked by day 5. On day 7 I took it back to LV to send me another one. Instead of returning my money they gave me a store credit!! So now my money is tied with them. Monday will be the 14th day but I think that I'm screwed out of my refund because of the store credit. What is I wanted to purchase Chanel? You don't hear this **** from them [emoji36][emoji36][emoji36]
