O yay someone who has both! Thats my battle at the moment i ordered a reverse even though i already have a mono and i was feeling guilty to keep both... Its not crazy to have both? They are similar but you style them differently right? I.e. some outfits suit reverse or if you want really casual you go reverse and mono if you want more elegant and sleek? Am i crazy to think this way lol
Haha! Not at all. I wanted the original pochette Metis for a while and one came in my local store just before I went in. That was in September! Then I heard about the reverse and called up head office couple of days after it had came out and they said it's already gone and there was a waitlist and that it was limited for only 4 months!! [emoji86] lucky the next day she called me and said she had one so I bagged it straight away as I know I might not be able to have one!
The pochette Metis is one of my favourite bags so why not have it in different style? And it's limited!
When it came I loved it so much I thought no way I am returning it [emoji87]
It's gorgeous and limited So if your a LV collector and are adding to your collection what a great one to have.
I follow a couple of YouTubers and they have both or even all three haha!!
Also yes! You can style them different. Also the reverse does not have the vachetta so more durable and you don't need to worry about marks or getting caught in the rain.

Having all 3 would be great if money grew on my tree... Haha. I feel much better now; i love the PM and i do like that it holds its value too. So I guess its one of those purchases if you can afford both you wont really loose out if you need to let one go eventually. But i cant inagine that happening for a long time
i even put off buying my first birkin just to get the mono reverse lol
They had 3 left? I ordered one from them Thursday night and my SA said they only had two. Maybe some are returns...hope mine isn't lol

It just dawned om me...my first time purchase of a pre love LV, I did some researchede for authenticity guidelines and imperfect glazing is one of the sign of imitation!
I don't mean yours...
But Perfection for every details should be Expected! I hope, We don't often settle just bcoz....I don't think that I will, coz I work very hard to earned money.

Hi! Can any of you lovely members post photos of the S-lock and how its holding up with the scratches pretty please?
I own the canvas Metis hobo and I never used the front pocket soley to leave the S-lock alone and I STILL got some anyhow. Not bad at all though, I can live with it
The insert has a tiny rubber/soft plastic tip that goes into the little hole. I imagine these locks have the same to protect from scratches?
I also have the DE Eva with the big gold plate and that is scratched to all hell but I used it as an everyday bag for over a year and just recently sent it in to get all the hardware replaced.
Scratches are expected on items like these and it would not turn me off to buying the pochette metis (im waiting for the empreinte ).
I was just curious to see how bad it could get.

My PM which I got in July 2016 and use it almost every weekend, absolutely love this bag. Surprisingly it's my favourite LV bag to date and I don't baby it.
