Had to happen. Could anyone please give me some advice on the glazing that came off my PM? If I take it into the store, will they repair/replace it?

They should repair it at 0 cost. But this is what I have done in the past, and what I would do currently and in the future. I always say, "I am sending this bag off for repair. This is whats happening." And usually I receive it back w/ owing 0 dollars. It just sucks though because . . . of wait time. I'm sorry. UNLESS you just got it like in the last few weeks then I would be LIVID. HTH ~ XOXO

Thank you. I'll take it in. I have had it for about 11 months. I took it out today since we finally a sunny (albeit chilly) day and whatdayaknow. Annoyed.
 
Hello,

i have get the third replacement of my PM Reverse. I´m from Germany and all three bags are made in France. It´s allways the same problem, more or less, but
the corners of all the bags are not rounded....Has someone the same problem? I have bought mine on 9th of december and since than i´m returning the replacemnts because of many little defects and yesterday arrived mine again from Paris and this bag is the worest of all...What should I do? I´m afraid to call the costumer service, cause its again a defect bag for me...

Here some of the pics...please let me know what you are thinking...am I wrong???

OMG :annoyed::annoyed: I feel so sorry for you... I absolutely think that you should call customer service immediately and tell them that this is the third replacement and ask what is going on with LV?

Do you want to have a fourth replacement or do you feel that the exitement for this bag is over?

I´m about to buy a pochette metis myself but after reading several horror stories about the bag is making me doubt...:confused1::confused1::confused1:

Honestly, i could cry! I saw this bag in december and i could not sleep at night so i orderd it by calling and now this horrible replacement story!
I would like to have this bag,but in perfect condition, without any defects...
I don´t understand, why this happen to me and the other members here don´t have this problems???
What should I say to the customer service? It´s again a bag that had some defects? The third time? I think they send me no more one :-(((

I am sorry that you are having such a bad experience. It is very upsetting. In England LV only allow you two bags of the same style. They will not give you a third replacement as they feel the style will not live up to your expectations.
 
Maybe I should drive to the next LV-Store (is really far away from me and cost me one day) and show them the bag and hope to get help? Is this possible, though this bag was bought by calling and now I bring it bag to a store?
I really don´t know what to do, cause I want this bag, but with this flaws, i can´t live with :-(
 
How much was the additional strap? I really like that idea.

I was so torn if I wanted to keep the Reverse or exchange for the classic Monogram. I ended up being able to purchase a classic Monogram PM replacement strap and am loving it with the reverse. Loving the size and shape and comfort!

That's such a coincidence! I asked Saraja this question on Instagram and she was kind enough to respond around $204 with no tax because it's a replacement!
