I am not sure, I own a Metis hobo and the lock tip insert thingy has a hard plastic tip that goes in the lock and yes it is very harsh on the gold plate.
I was hoping they changed it to something softer. [emoji22]

Yeah it's in the back zip pocket, if you put your hand in and feel around for it. There should be a little leather tab. I had to ask a friend about where it was as well. Xoxox

I think the s lock is crooked and therefore the flap is misaligned... I had one like that and exchanged it ... good luck. If you want to make sure it is crooked put a level on the s lock. My first one was way off like that.

Mine is 7 months old and no glazing issues.. I don't wear it every day though.

Mine is 7 months old with a soft plastic tip and there was scratches after only a few uses. I guess as you move the tip around to line it up with the hole it scratches the lock. [emoji53]
