Just sharing my disappointment buying online.. I had one and sold it, missed it so kept checking LV online and one came available late one night. Was so excited to receive it! As soon as I opened it I saw the scratch on the leather handle [emoji30] it's going back [emoji17]IMG_1483440018.186106.jpg

Hello everyone! I was able to get a hold of the PM reverse last week but when I got home I noticed the stitching on the bag. Should I be bothered by this? or is it normal? I'm afraid that if I return it, it would be impossible for me to get another one.

I don't have the reverse to really compare to but I looked at my infrarouge and my stitches are tight especially that one in the far left of your photo. You could always contact your SA and talk to them about it and perhaps they could tell you what the chances are of getting a replacement?

I never thought I would be so stressed trying to locate a non-Hermes handbag! I work in Hong Kong but I was home in London for Christmas and the bag was sold out in Hong Kong and all/most of Europe! I was about to give up the search but I had a stopover in Dubai and decided to give LV customer service a call and they advised me that there were a few in stock and that they could put the bag on hold for me. There were a few issues along the way but I am happy to report that I am back in Hong Kong with my new bag .

Thats why I returned mine. LV have refunded me the cost of the bag but I really wanted a response to the problem. Why make a loop that is too loose to secure the strap. Seems its quite a common occurrence. To be honest its put me off buying another and all the glazing issues. Shame because its a lovely bag. How can this style of bag have so many problems?

Yeah the second loop is completely useless. My retiro is actually the same, annoying, but i do really love them nevertheless. As of now its the only issue with my PM, and hopefully I wont have any hassle with it in the future:)
My regular PM also didnt have any of the issues other tpfmembers have had, guess i have been lucky! That one was from 2014 btw:angel:
