I'm just gonna remove the 2nd loop from mine if it keeps falling down since I put it at the lowest setting anyway. Maybe for those that need the second loop can prob put a dot of hot glue or some kind of small rubber piece to keep it from sliding down.

Good that you returned it if you are unhappy, but it is likely not an actual scratch. It looks to me like it is natural to the skin. Cows will be cows... :smile:

No it looks worse in real life and it's not a natural mark that's for sure. It was loose inside a big box and had wriggled half out of it's dustbag. I saw it as soon as I opened it

took in my original yesterday for repair (made in 2014) - after 2 years it decided to crack in the side glazing. they gave me a brand new one and said my original wasn't fixable. i have a new one, but kinda bummed... why would i want to own the same bag again when the same thing could happen? :sad:i wish they offered a price allowance instead of replacement. i'm quite nervous to own the bag again. anyhow, just for those with older models, i treated mine so well.. and the glazing still cracked. if you're still holding on to an older model... good luck... i *thought* i was in the clear with mine, but alas... they really produced a horrible first batch of these and i hope it's all been fixed up for good

I think that this handbag goes with everything,I was having second thoughts(thinking about the regular mono but I love that whit this one I don't have any vachetta to worry about,it really matches with a lot of colors,pastel pinks,orange,red,black,brown,grey!!!and I can keep going....oh and it's very spacious!!!
