Mine isn't a problem because I have mine set at the last setting. I like my crossbody strap long and bag sitting below my hip. I can understand that it might be a problem for those who sets it at shorter settings because the extra lengths of the strap is just hanging freely and may curl over time.

I am in England and I ordered my bag on line. I also have this problem where the strap ring is too slack to hold the strap together when you adjust it. I have spoken with LV and I have returned it as faulty. It is only a small problem but one that could irritate you over time. None of my other LV straps are like this. I did post the problem on here but had no response. I presumed it was a unique fault with my bag but maybe not?

This isn't unique to your bag - my new reverse PM has the same issue. I don't think it bothers me enough to return it, but I am curious what they will tell you, as I'm pretty sure any replacement they send will have the same problem.

Sounds like bad , most of Reverse Pochette Metis have this problem . If we are paying this price for a bag, there must not be any problem bothering :/ My friends say that don't worry about it , it is not even a problem but I know it and I can not. Waiting Lv store response to Yorkshiregal.

I have also Retiro Noir ,she doesn't have his problem . Is it problem for you ?

It's a little annoying because I have it as short as it can go (I don't do crossbody), so when the loop slides down I have quite a long flipping end. It doesn't stop me from using it. It's just something I stay mildly aware of. It's also something I would absolutely let them fix but not replace a whole bag for.

Oh yes I don't use crossbody, I have it as short as it can go,too so I asked:) I don 't understand why these luxury bags have this problem :(

The loop on my reverse mono PM is loose as well, and so is the one on my aurore Retiro. Annoying, but it is what it is. I'll take a lose loop on the strap instead of an issue with the bag.
I dont want to change the whole bag and I dont want to wait using the bag for any issue  I will ask LV store for fixing the loose loop or change the whole strap but as I said before I cant wait to use my bag even a week  Really I don know what I will do.
