Hi everyone
I am thinking about buying a PM, but not sure if it's already over saturated?
I see it a lot on social media, but not so much where I live.
I currently own a DE speedy-B and a Pasadena in Amarante vernis leather, these are the only 2 LV bags I own, which I recently bought about 3 months ago.

I always picture myself wearing this bag with most of my day to day outfit and I've been thinking of getting it ever since I tried it on about a month ago.

Should I get it now or give it some more time to see if I will still like it?

Omg wow. The previous one that I returned was made in Italy and it was upside down too. I didn't even notice! I have bad luck with this bag. See pic below.

I ordered the PM from the website, it is a MII model and has the exact same problem!
It doesn't actually bother me since I don't plan on reselling it and it is a huge hassle for me to return/exchange. This should have never happened though!

I felt the same and waited.. Finally took the plunge and WOW! It's better than I expected and feels and looks great on! I can't imagine not liking it in the future as I think it would look great at any age [emoji4]

My thoughts too! But mainly, I just worry about the issues...I keep thinking about buying it but I just don't want to deal with the issues [emoji24]

Oh my gosh, I did not even recognize the mono pattern was upside down! Yikes! Well, I guess on the bright side these could be collectible like the stamp with the upside down airplane worth a fortune! But little consolation since it is not what you expected. Obviously, LV is having problems handling demand for this bag.

I just bought this bag. I own several other LV bags and consider myself a sort of collector. I can honestly say that that this bag (at least the one I purchased, which was MIU) is very well made and seems v high quality. It's also completely different from any other bag I own. And the nice thing about it is that it is technically a small bag w medium sized capacity. And even when you stuff it, it's comfortable on the shoulder, unlike my speedy b 30 which causes me some shoulder pain sometimes (although I still love it). Anyway, I guess my point is, IMHO it's a great, well made bag that is unique, beautiful, well designed, functional, and sturdy. I also think it's a classic that will stand the test of time. I say go for it! :smile1:

I agree with you, mine is MIF 2014 and til now i dont see any cracks or prob with my bag. I see this bag as a collector's item as well. 😊

I had the opportunity to buy at the store a few weeks ago but passed on it because of the issues...

I had a chance to buy it in Hawaii, where it's about $150 cheaper and still passed. I keep thinking about it but when I hear of all these issues, I just don't want to deal with it.

Wow! That does say a lot to me! I, too, am afraid as well due to all of the issues. Between the glazing and the scratches on the s lock, I just don't want to fight with CS after spending thousands on a bag that really should have no issues.

Exactly! I don't want to have to fight for a free repair and have to wait 8 weeks or more to get my bag back.

Thank you so much for your kind advice! 😊

I honestly think I would have purchased it by now if I hadn't already bought 2 lv bags plus a wallet, Valentino rockstude pumps and a louboutin pigalle, all within the last 3 months.

For me, it almost seems like "overspending" on "non necessities". I do love to treat myself from time to time, but I also like being careful how I spend, however, a Huge part of me REALLY WANT the bag exactly for the same reasons you stated above. ( I carried only few things in my bag, so the size and functionality would be perfect!
But, the other part of me is dying in guilt of " overspending"
So, I am wondering if this bag is really worth the guilt😁😁??lol!
