Oh, that's right. I remember your story now. I can't believe yours melted in the car, that's crazy! I think I will always wear it crossbody because I have neck issues and need to keep pressure off it. What's your favorite go-to bag now?

Thanks for your reply! I am still thinking about it hmmm. Also I just found a fault with it, the part of the right hand button on the s lock is not touching the main body of the lock. Not sure if that's clear but you can see in the picture! Going to have to call up client servcies tomorrow and see what they say!

I see several people worried about the glazing issues and just wonder if the postings are skewed to the people who post tend to be the ones who have issues to report. I bought mine in February of 2015, while they still had the vachetta on the back zipper and slip picket inside, I.e., older model. I'm in love with this bag and have had no issues with the glazing or anything else. I use it fairly often and check it for the glazing issue because of the issues reported by others. I wear both on the shoulder and cross body occasionally. The vachetta on the clasp does tend to get dirty I guess from closing the bag so I would love to hear how others clean theirs. I have just been using Apple conditioner so far which helps but would love other ideas. Thanks.

I think it's hit or miss on having issues with this bag. My glazing started to peel on both sides after two months of wear. I'm now waiting to receive a new one that was ordered on the first week of April. I do see more people coming up with problem bags. I hope LV customer service is helping everyone as we spend a ton of money on these bags and we should not have these types of issues for the price. For cleaning I carry a normal good ol white pencil eraser in my bag and when I start to see marks I erase it away. Believe it or not it works.

I have a question maybe someone else can answer for me. Yesterday I called to get put on the wait list for PM, they told me it was green light they could take my name and card for full. I went into my local LV boutique today and spoke to my CA while purchasing another bag I was looking at. During conversation I mentioned the wait list and she said that it was odd they took my name and card bc they are no longer making the PM they've been told in the store. Has anyone else heard this I'm seeing people still receiving them the client advisor service line said I would be looking at a month to receive PM. I'm confused no one is giving me a clear answer.

I got put on the wait list at my local store on Sunday. My SA informed me there were over 400 people on it in the US. Nothing about the bag no longer being made.

I've just got mine today! Feeling so excited! I've been checking this forum everyday and was looking forward to having my own and the day has finally arrived! I have been on the waiting list for nearly one month and the store I put my name had only 8 people on the list so far. I was also very lucky as the bag arrived today and the price in UK will increase £115 tomorrow. SA said the price will now be £1080. Btw, mine was made 2 weeks ago, so 2nd week of April, meaning they are still producing it.

I definitely know that this is from regular wear and tear but i just want to confirm with others. This tab is the one that bends a lot from wearing it crossbody. So the tab that faces the same direction your going towards. Or if you're looking at the pm, it's the tab on the lft.

Im afraid after a period of time the vachetta going to weaken and perforate, and break.

Mine is even worse. My bag is a year old now.
