I'm a bit nervous now of this bag since it seems the cracking and peeling glazing seems to happen a lot. Is it almost every bag? I want something I can use a lot. I love love love the look of this though
I've had mine since August 2015, so far so good for me. I've learned to take the time to " inspect my bag" every once in a while. I only wear it crossbody and I haven't had any issues. Hth!
 
Gave my PM a looking over & was shocked to find this happening to the glazing on both sides of the bag. This is the new version & I got it in November last year.

I've spoken to my SA & will be bringing it in. I'm not rough with my bags at all & have used the PM quite sparingly on weekends. I'm wondering whether this a common issue with the new version PM?

Wow! That looks like it is clearly a design defect. I'm so sorry this happened to your beautiful bag. Curious to hear what LV says...
 
They replied me yesterday, they said they couldnt find any problems on my bag, but can still replace the new one or refund money back, while they don't have in stock now, so got refund and on the waiting list for the same price new one now.
Hope get my pm soon.
I got replaced the new one within 2 days, because I want same bag.

So sorry about your bag! May I ask how you put the clasps when you wear it with the strap? I put mine with the "smooth" side inwards if you understand what I mean... (sorry about my English).

I haven't had any problems with the glazing of my PM since I bought it about 7 or 8 months ago. However I wanted to share with you what I discovered today while playing with my bandeau.... Hello everyone. I just realize the missing glazing on my new bag. I attached picture of it. It shows just below the back zip and on the edge of the glazing. The manager checked this picture and he does not think it is quality issue. But for me, it looks it will get worse in the future. Could anyone give me your opinion of this issue?

I don't consider myself to be extraordinarily picky but that missing glazing would bother me.

I'm sorry to say, but the manager is an idiot . It's a new bag and it has a chunk of glazing missing. That is a quality issue, that would definitely bother me. I'm sorry that's happening, when did you purchase the bag? I would demand an exchange if you are within the time frame.

I just got it on 6 th April. I bought it online. I think it might be a better manager in store. I feel bit disappoint with LV customer service. This is the first time I purchased lV . Thank u very much for your reply. I start to feel it is not me being too picky and raise issue now
