I dont get rude snobby sales assistants there is no need for rudeness full stop!! You are Probably right they were very hesitant on giving me my bag which I had already paid for!!! [emoji17][emoji17][emoji107]🏽

My story 🙄
Sales person took my order number & went to get the bag. He came out with the bag & asked me for my driving license or passport. Unfortunately I had neither on me. I had other photo ID but he wasn't having any of it. I asked could I see my bag he said no very rudely & walked off with the bag. Came back 5 minutes later saying im sorry you are not allowed to have this bag as you don't have a driving license or passport. I said to him I have my online bank statement my home address all other relevant details but nope! He said he didnt believe I was the person who had ordered it!! I asked to speak to management!!
Whilst waiting I called the lady who dealt with me @ client services she was apologetic & then asked to speak to the manager & explained that they should accept my other forms of ID. Both manager & sales person just scoffed very rude!
I did say Calmy that I do not plan to leave the store without my bagI was made to feel very uncomfortable & all in all it wasn't a pleasant experience. I was just handed the bag & he walked off! I inspected it in store & left.
I understand it is LV policy but it never stated in the email I should bring only a passport or driving license.
I have had better customer service when buying a bar of chocolate at my local grocery store!!

I was just checking on my status and am still on the list but not far downWhen I asked about the price increase, the agent shared that the price increase is for new orders, and so if you had a product request in prior to the price increase you will receive it at the lower price
That was the only good news...LOL. Well and it's not discontinued, so that's good too!
You know what is funny? I was reading your story now front the bottom of the page and was picturing the Westfield store as it's the only rude customer service in LV I could image. Then I went up and, guess what? I was right, you were talking about LV store in Westfield. Really don't know want is wrong with them, but the customer service is way too bad, it's always seems they are doing a favor to us. So pitty!
