I am in Australia. This bag is sold out in Australia. I am on the waiting list now. But I called online shop today and the Sa told me that I can pay for a bag on phone and they will try to locate one for me worldwide. I do not know online shop do such things. Store would not do this for me. Does anyone know about it? Btw, the waiting list in Australia is sooooooooo long. I feel it can be a very long waiting which I hate most when doing my shopping!

I had the store manager in Brisbane locate a Montaigne in Empreinte when previously the SA's would tell me it's not possible but I had to express that I wanted that particular one badly. They can go through Asia first then Europe but not the US as its not part of our network apparently. But being that the lists are long everywhere it may not be possible for a while.. But you may get lucky by stalking LV online.good luck!
I haven't used this bag in a while since I carry tons of stuff....but if anybody is interested, MM size agenda fits in PM along with mini pochette and more room to spare! 
Edit : I forgot that I put PM size agenda in there to see how everything fits, not that I carry both agendas at same time in this little bag. lol

It's not being discontinued. It's overwhelmingly popular so it's sold out. But it's still in production. I was on the wishlist since mid January. I got a call over the weekend and it's getting shipped out. I ordered mine in NYC. And it's been delivered to California this week.

I was told by my SA in the store yesterday that it was DCd.
They sometime do that but I spoke to them, there is no guarantee on the time or if they can find the stock oversea. You better off just wait for it to arrive in Australia. A lot of SA said that they seeing more Metis arrives these days. I'm very impatient too and hate the fact that everything they says ends with there is no guarantee.
Your SA had the wrong information. I was told same thing back in January from one LV store that it was being discontinued so I almost gave up. However, I walked over few blocks to LV in Bloomingdale's NYC and SA told me it's still in production. And after 2 months being on waiting list... my bag has been delivered to Bloomingdales and being shipped to my house. Call LV 800 customer service. They will tell you that it is still in production. So don't give up
