Hello girls!
I picked my PM up today. I was waiting for it since November.

At home I noticed that my bag is without box. I called back to LV store and SA told me that there are no any available boxes that can fit my PM. I was very upset.

The question is... All bags are coming to LV store and when we buy a bag SA find any box and sell us a bag? OR a particular bag is coming with its own box?
When I got my PM back in November they didn't have the correct size box for it, but they did ask me if it were ok to put it in a bigger box and I said yes. If I were you I'd call back and ask them if you can have a box that would fit. Even if the box is bigger than the PM. I don't store mine in the box, but like others have said I use the boxes to store other items.
 
Oh really? I've been calling them every 2 weeks and CS keeps telling me that there's 3-4 weeks wait. Finally I called the original place where I placed on wait list and I was told there are 3 people ahead of. I'm hoping for a call in next week or so? *crossing fingers


Ooh! Being 4th on the list isn't too bad. I hope you get yours soon! I still can't believe mine was processed as fast as it was, yet I hear so many people still waiting for a long while. [emoji53]

Which place did you sign up to be on the wait list? Are you in the US or another country?

Hi pinkserendipity! I was in NYC back in January hoping that I can grab one while visiting from Cali but they were all sold out. So I decided to put myself on the list. I was told at the time that there were 15 people ahead of me. And when I called last week, SA told me that the store was getting about 2 bags a week. At this rate... I should be getting a call in a week? *crossing my fingers :) but I'm sad that I have to pay the higher price though.

Has anyone here asked about the cost of replacement for their s-lock? I'm not having any issues with mine, it's just that I scratched mine pretty good (from top to the bottom, diagonally) within a week of me owning it. Its becoming an eye sore. Lol I'm clumsy.
 
I just noticed US site and it went up $50. :(


In Germany, and I suppose everywhere else where they have Euros, it went up €50 yesterday. I had gone to the store to order mine, and when I payed (one has to prepay here when ordering a Pochette Metis) it was €1290 instead of €1240. Very bad luck! All other bags have stayed at the same price, as far as I can tell.
 
Me too! I really hope this isn't a sign of what's to come with other bags!

I think they only increased the price on the PM and maybe a few other items. But definitely not all LV items. Most of my favorites saved are still at the same price when I added them a while back.

Looks like LV is banking on this one piece maybe because of the backorder situation!
 
I have picked up the bag after such drama horrid customer service in the westfield in London..
Anywho its a beautiful bag & I love it & cant wait to take it out [emoji7][emoji8]


Oh nooooo I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, it's such a shame, especially when your sooooooo looking forward to receiving a bag!

My story 🙄
Sales person took my order number & went to get the bag. He came out with the bag & asked me for my driving license or passport. Unfortunately I had neither on me. I had other photo ID but he wasn't having any of it. I asked could I see my bag he said no very rudely & walked off with the bag. Came back 5 minutes later saying im sorry you are not allowed to have this bag as you don't have a driving license or passport. I said to him I have my online bank statement my home address all other relevant details but nope! He said he didnt believe I was the person who had ordered it!! I asked to speak to management!!
Whilst waiting I called the lady who dealt with me @ client services she was apologetic & then asked to speak to the manager & explained that they should accept my other forms of ID. Both manager & sales person just scoffed very rude!
I did say Calmy that I do not plan to leave the store without my bag :-) I was made to feel very uncomfortable & all in all it wasn't a pleasant experience. I was just handed the bag & he walked off! I inspected it in store & left.
I understand it is LV policy but it never stated in the email I should bring only a passport or driving license.

I have had better customer service when buying a bar of chocolate at my local grocery store!!
