thank you! I got the noir one today. I looked at a couple other bags, but I really loved the compartments in this bag, so giving it another try. The SA said the leather one doesn’t have issues as often as the canvas. Not sure if true but fingers crossed. I really like the look of empreinte one, but I wish the inside was the softer material like in canvas ones. I paid $297 for the difference and tax from the exchanged reverse. I am happy with the customer service.
appreciate the input!!! Wore my reverse pm around the city today on the street and in the subway! Tried to not think too much on it and was super mindfull of everyone around me. Literally no one paid me no mind. Was all in my head! Am definitely going to wear this way more often now.
Congratulations!! You're going to love it!! This year will be 4 years of owning my noir pm and I've carried it for probably 2.5-3 years as my everyday bag and it still looks amazing.
Question for the members of the group: So I just got this Pochette Metis today (genuinely just unboxed it a few hours ago) and I'm pretty much in love with it. This is my first empreinte piece and it's a "from me to me" gift for my twenty-year anniversary at work. However, there's this slight imperfection and I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this with their PM (and, if so, did it cause any problems).
There's a slight wave/buckle in the leather. It's flexible to the touch and I think it's going to get pushed back into shape when I fill and/or use the bag. The leather feels soft, pliable, and pretty much exactly as it should throughout the rest of the bag.
It's not a deal breaker for me (especially since it's going to be under the flap 99% of the time). The rest of the bag is in absolutely excellent condition so this is more of a mild concern/moderate curiosity. I'm mostly wondering if anyone has had a similar "glitch" and if they've experienced any complications as a result. Any feedback is appreciated.

Congratulations on your anniversary and the beautiful bag! I try not to be overly picky, but I think this would bother me. I'm wondering if maybe it will straighten out with use? Or with stuffing it for a few days?
Thank you for the feedback. I just stuffed it and set it out to "breathe" for a bit before I start using it (since I work from home I don't really go out much so I won't get to take her for a test drive until I run errands later this week). I'm with you and am hoping it straightens out by way of stuffing it when it's idle in addition to subjecting it to frequent use.
Beautiful! Congratulations on a stunning bag and anniversary! I just recieved my PM in turtledove yesterday, it didn't have this. I think it will dissapair over time as the bag is stuffed and used.
Just recieved my beautiful PM turtledove graduation Masters degree gift yesterday! Perfect glazing, deep impossing, stands by it self and no creases. It's even easy to lock when empty, and made in France! I have read so much about those things and how one should buy this bag in store. I live too far away, so I use my regular SA. So in love with this beauty! Even got a personal congratulation card and four perfumes from my SA! Happy day!
Is this worth bringing back to the LV store for? I just got it 2 days ago and there was 2 left. The SA was about to sell me the floor model until I asked if there was another one in store. As this is my first bag to buy in store, would this bother you? The first photo Can only be noticed when flash is on and the scratches I noticed when I got home.
