I don't know about these. They are cute as accessories for young girls, but I wouldn't call them handbags anymore. I'm too old.
is the leather one less likely for the glazing to peel? I am being given a credit or exchange for my reverse metis that repairs sent Back to the store. I’m still unsure what to get instead.
Get the leather version you won't regret it. No cracked glazing.
Here we go again! So after adding the empreinte metis (noir) back into my collection earlier this month, I couldn’t stop thinking about the reverse monogram Métis. This is the third time I am purchasing this bag. The other two times, I sold to fund my Chanel addiction at the time. Now that I am at Chanel purse peace, I wanted this bag back into my collection. Hopefully next time I consider selling either one of my Métis bags, someone slap me lol!
I may add the classic monogram Métis or another empreinte. Next to the speedy bags, the pochette Métis is my favorite!

I’d say no. I had mine repaired for another issue and they re-glazed the part that was treated. It was definitely not well glazed, it was better when I first got it but then they sort of messed it up

I saw in some older posts that you have the empreinte turtledove. I was debating between the reverse and empreinte turtledove but my SA steered me towards the reverse mono. I still may add the turtledove later in the summer or early fall.
How is your turtledove holding up? It’s so pretty! I am concerned about color transfer.

Can anyone tell me if a water bottle can fit in this bag? I’m usually a person that likes to carry bigger items in my crossbody, (water bottle, sunglasses case, long wallet, etc). The alma is the perfect size for me.. could the Métis fit items like these?
No, it won't fit. Even with sunglasses, I can only fit it in if its in the soft cases.
Hi everyone! just wanted your thoughts. Does anyone ever get nervous about wearing their PM out and about in public? i love this bag so much and would love to make it a daily carry, but for some reason it makes me so nervous to wear it around NYC in the subway and on the street. And yet whenever someone rocking their lovely PM, i low key have bag envy even though i have one of my own. i feel like i don't wear it nearly as often as i could just because i'm scared to wear it. does anyone else feel this way or is it just me?!??

This is exactly why I wear my empreinte everyday and rarely use my monogram, I feel my monogram is too loud.

I live in NYC and wear my reverse PM on the bus and on the subway. This is just during the day however. I’ m OK with this, but hear what you are saying. I just will try to monitor the situation if crime increases.
