Hello lovelies,

I so badly want to join your club. I’ve been wanting to for like 4yrs now lol. The one thing that’s keeping me from joining is all of the issues people seem to be having with this bag. I’m wondering if the newer models are better than the older ones from years back with the glazing and cracking issues?

My heart desires the monogram but it seems the empreint leather wears better? Has this been your experience if you own both?

I would really appreciate your insights.

So I bit the bullet! I had credit to buy possibly two bags. I was always buying the Empreinte PM, but had reserved the neo Noe in black and mono. But when I brought the neo Noe home I was afraid I’d be babying the corners as it would be a crossbody. So I went back today and exchanged it. They had just gotten in one PM reverse which I didn’t think I would like but I loved! So I added some money and took the plunge! I just got two PM’s :lol:
My only concern is that maybe the empreinte one looks a bit crooked from the front? Anyone else see it or should I keep?

I think both PMs look great. And the empreinte one has a really deep, shiny embossing. Enjoy them! :)

Thank you! I felt a little silly buying two PM’s seeing as I don’t have much LV but I love a crossbody and it’s just so wearable! They were a replacement for a Lumineuse that I adored, but I couldn’t pass the opportunity to get two brand new bags! The Montaigne Bb almost tempted me but the handles sticking up really put me off!

Well, I have 3 PMs - mono, reverse, ans noir. So don’t feel silly.

Ok so am I overthinking this? I noticed a small scratch on the front of the reverse Metis. Now it is small, but the bag was bought yesterday and hasn’t been outside of the box for more than a photo. Will they think I’m crazy to return? It’s the only one in stock. I can notice it though and it’s on the front of the bag.

If you’re bothered by it, take it back. There will be another one you can get.

Don't worry about what they think if you return it. You have to be happy with it. Once you see it, it may continue to bother you. You may have to wait, but there is always another one!

Ok update….I brought the Pm reverse back I have ordered in the Neo Noe mm in empreinte! I was told this was the last return unless it was faulty….it’s only the second return. I got the neo Noe black mono and returned it for the PM reverse. That really annoyed me as I think that’s against consumer rights and might not have been said to someone who wasn’t getting a replacement due to recall. I had added a bit of cash to get both, and was about to buy the slim purse in black and mono but this so annoyed me I ended up leaving without it. Anyway, glad I brought it back. I’m loving my Metis Empreinte, so easy to carry!!
