I left LV for 12 years, and was never like monogram.
But this particular style was getting me into it. Recently bought 1 reverse and 1 mono, 1 vaurigard mono, and 1 cluny bb mono in just less than 2 weeks.
I think am done with mono for now LOL
I've never gotten any protectors on the clasps of any bags including a few Pochette Metis.Hello lovelieshoping someone can help me please. So I’ve previously ordered and returned 3 Pochette Metis (posted about it in LV in Europe - chat thread, don’t know how to link it here) they all had some fault or another. My mother knowing I really liked the bag has ordered me it as an early birthday present before the price increase!
Due to the previous issues I had she actually ordered 2 to hopefully get a good one. Anyway both have arrived without any hardware protectors, the first came without a receipt, and I need to return it as the handle is splitting! The second amazingly is quite good
But what we noticed despite the first having a date code from the 32nd week of this year and the second from the 34th week and both being made in France, the hardware & engraving is different, also there’s a little dot on the right above the ‘Vuitton’ that is raised on the left one and flat on the right!

Are these both genuine? I’m worried as they had no hardware protectors they might be returns and what if someone returned a fake or something!! I can’t remember how the hardware on the previous ones looked, I’ve been trying to look through some pics here but a few are blurry of the engraving or I can’t see the “dot”! If anyone could post photos of theirs I would really appreciate it
No you can't, you have get it sent to someone in the U.S then they send on to you.
Update: I went to the Brisbane store today and seems like they do have stock, as I was trying it and another customer was also trying it. So maybe give them a buzz
I need some advise. PM empriente vs Reverse? Any comments? I have a neoneo in empriente. Also do you think I should buy the reverse on ebay? The seller is selling a brand new one with receipt for a slightly higher price that LV stores. My concern is given its prone for issues, will LV dishonour to fix it etc? Havent purchased a pre-owned luxury bag before so I am still abit worried.

Need some advice here. I have decided to add on a PM in empriente leather to my collection. Currently I have one in monogram.
Problem is the current available colours for empriente leather don't really call out to me.
I tried on the one in Tourterelle and while it's nice, I prefer something more neutral and less greyish if I want to get one in neutral tone.
I really like the one in Papyrus .. that my ideal neutral. But I'm looking to get one from the store and not pre-loved.
Question... should I wait and see if LV release the empreinte in new colours? Or settle for the Torterelle in case it gets sold out and....???

I would not buy one from ebay with receipt or not. There are really good fakes out there. With so many issues with PM, getting it from the boutique or LV online will be the safest. Alternatively, Fashionphile has pre-loved PMs with prices more reasonable now.
You should buy from LV. If you stalk the website for a few days one will pop up. They’ve been popping up multiple times a day over the last week.
2 years ago, I asked for help here about the issues I had for a “new” PM in Mono that I bought thru SA in Vegas. People here helped me decide to return it. A month after that, I saw an Empreinte PM in Scarlet. I didn’t buy it coz I was still hoping to get a mono PM. Last month, I was shocked to see “place in cart” for the PM in Mono. But I dunno why I couldn’t justify buying it. Maybe too many issues? Then I saw again Scarlet PM but out of stock online. Find in store says available to a store 3hrs away from me. 1866 LV and text help said not available. I was going to that mall anyway, so I went. Waited in line for 45mins, got in and they have both Monogram & Scarlet. Both looked great, no issues. But my heart “smiles” with Scarlet PM and decided to bring her home. I officially joined the club. Date stamp said around Mar 2020, it’s not new new but it’s more special since it’s my birth month. And of course, the website said out of stock on that store that night after my purchase.
