I can’t believe after many backward and forward I bought this beauty. This was never my first choice as I am always concern about the glazing and cracking but since I bought my neoneo in empreinte noir I think I should go for monogram. Do u think I need to condition the glazing to prevent cracking or just don’t worry about it.. absolutely over the moon

Hi! I just purchased this today and upon closer inspection, the front compartment on one side is somewhat raised and not aligned to the bottom of the bag, as compared with the other side.

1st photo is the one slightly raised
2nd photo is the better side

mine is slightly like this too but it wont bother me as I assume it will soften after use. further mine was made in France and early this month. So I am very happy with my purchase... Congratulations on your purchase..

Thanks for sharing your thoughts :) Mine is also a super fresh, MIF 38th week so some time last week! Being it slightly lopsided on one side makes it lean forward only towards that side when upright so I finally decided to get a replacement. It's out of stock now so have to wait. Too bad this piece was almost perfect in terms of print alignment, lock, etc

Hope to get a better one for the replacement :)

This is completely normal. It will shape fine when you start using it, but I see you returned anyway.. well I hope the next one is perfect in your opinion otherwise choose a different bag.

Congrats, no need to condition the glazing it won't help against cracking, it's the movement from opening flap over and over that can eventually cause it. Enjoy the bag :smile:

Thank you! The replacement is now in store and I'll pick up tomorrow. My SA sent me some photos. I won't lie, I somewhat see a slightly crooked bottom lock. I've decided to stop obsessing over every little detail and just enjoy it!!

1st photo: original bag on hand. Perfect alignment in my opinion!
2nd photo: the replacement being held for me in store. slightly crooked bottom lock (or maybe it's just me!)

My SA said to compare both in store side by side then bring home whichever I love better :) Can't wait to start using it! Been reading this thread admiring all your PMs these years and finally I'm in I can't believe!! ❤️IMG_20200923_171051.jpgIMG_20200924_160548.jpg

I got a monogram PM in July and today bought a reverse PM on impulse bc I have wanted it so long and my store had it. Does anyone in here have both? I LOVE the reverse so I'm debating selling my monogram....but also debating keeping both. Please share what you think I should do!! any opinions welcome :)

Don’t keep both. I found out that LV quality isn’t worth it. You probably will have problems with glazing or cracking on one of the bags. I have Mono and I have cracks in canvas. I love this bag and I am torn about what to do. I don’t think I will purchase another one in canvas for that reason. I recently got empreinte that I love too.

How long did you have yours in mono? I have the same fear but mono is really pretty so I decided to get it few days ago. Did you bring it back to the store?
