Hey ladies! I want to thank you for all of your pics and comments. This forum helped me seal the deal with purchasing this bag! This is my first purchase with LV and it's for my birthday. Unfortunately my bag came today with 2 issues that I felt were too much to ignore. Firstly, the hardware on the strap came with no protection and was all scratched up. Second, the glazing on the flap had a chip in it. With these 2 issues, I decided to initiate an exchange. I also noticed a strange odor from the bag but I wasn't sure if that was normal. I swear I read posts from others talking about that too. I'm sending this one back and hoping to receive my new bag by my actual birthday (which is quickly approaching). I'm trying not to feel disappointed since a new one will be sent to me once this return is received but I'm a little bummed. Would you have returned this bag as well? Am I being too critical? I just would expect a higher quality from a luxury brand. Anyway, I believe in 2nd chances so here's to hoping they redeem themselves!
