Hi guys! I had a quick question and I apologize if it's been asked already or if it's a stupid question. Are the LV bags taken from the drawers behind the display tables considered "display bags"? It's not the ones in the display glasses, but behind the tables in a drawer. I'm asking since I recently purchased a PM in Reverse Monogram from behind the display tables and I'm wondering if I should return since I don't want a display bag. Thank you in advance!
First time trying my khaki Trunks bandeau on PM. I think it contrasts nicely with cream 
Hi! I don't consider those as display bags - they're generally the brand new bags. Does your bag look as though it's been used as display? If not, I'd try to forget about it and enjoy your new purchase
Hi everyone! A little help needed please. I purchased a PM reverse recently. It's lovely, but on closer inspection, I've noticed some lines on the glazing at the bottom of the bag (it's also on the glazing around the flap). They look like cracks, except the glazing isn't actually cracking. Is this poorly produced glazing that will eventually crack? Advice would be appreciated. Thank you
Not display, but the one they usually show everyone when you want to look at a bag.
No way to really know if it was shown a lot or someone bought one and this was brought from the back to replace sold one.
Sometimes I do ask if they have any in the back room to bring out and show me.
I sometimes think less hands touching the bag the better I feel

ahh ok, yes it's normal to not align along the bottom. It doesn't need to be either, it's on the bottom..
I'd use a soft pencil eraser not a magic eraser, I've used that and it cleaned dirt off. The magic eraser is very rough so go very gently if you use one.

I purchased Pochette Metis in empreinte leather in a creme color a couple months ago and I am really terrified of this bag getting dirty. I am not talking about color transfer because I only wear it with light color clothes but just dirt showing up from the use.
If you have this bag in that color how do you keep it clean? I have been wondering if it is safe to use alcohol free baby wipes at the end of the day to give a quick wipe. I love this bag insanely, please somebody let me know.

The PM in empreinte is a great choice and what a lovely shade you've chosen! I have the same in noir and cherry berry. The empreinte is robust, but is prone to colour transfer on lighter shades. I use a cloth dipped in water to clean, but this probably wouldn't work on some colour transfer. A lot of people and youtubers recommend non transfer sprays such as colonil Pro carbon to stop transfer altogether. Its something I'm going to try. Hope this helps! X
For cleaning: I find all baby wipes leave some kind of residue even alcohol free ones. The residue is mostly naked to the eye (making surfaces sticky over time) so I prefer not to use them on my bags. I have been using my cream PM for 2 years now without any protectant sprays, just rinsing with cool water, lightly washing with the tiniest bit of SoftSoap every once in awhile, then drying/polishing hardware with a microfibre cloth. My empreinte PM's are maintained perfectly this way. I also avoid denim/dark or saturated clothing colours using my cream bag to avoid stains. HTHs
I know this is a common issue with the previous Metis bags. Question is what do I do? The bag is from 2016 and I noticed this has happened to the glazing. I’ve been careful with the bag and never thrown it around.
Can I contact LV and what do I say so they just don’t dismiss this as my usage fault?
