Mine arrived 2 weeks ago in the box the strap was inside the bag. Not in a plastic bag. I think that’s terrible that yours arrived like this. If you contact client services at LV ask if you can get a box delivered or picked up depending where you are from. I’m in Melbourne Australia and we are in 6 week lockdown . They should be able to arrange this for you I purchase a bag in Queensland one time and couldn’t bring the box with me but the Melbourne store was more than happy to accomodate and gave me the box I just needed to take the receipt. Why are you exchanging it? It looks perfectly fine to me, and it's normal to not be perfectly rounded on the corners, I've seen worse glazing where there are bubbles in it. When exchanging online you have a chance of getting one that you still won't be happy with and my actually be worse like misalignment on the front flap.
I think I will place another order and return the one I like the least. I also want to see if they will ship it in a box this time. Do you think the alignment on the bottom of the bag looks fine? I read somewhere the pattern is supposed to be aligned on that part of the bag.
After a month of stalking my SA, and the LV singapore website, my SA finally called to say that the reverse is mine! I am completely obsessed. Thinking about buying another bandeau - anybody have an example of a reverse with a red/dark red bandeau on?
Just bought mine from the LV Singapore store today. My strap came in a plastic bag, the alignment on yours looks the same as mine so I don’t think it’s an issue there. I got a box when I requested for one though, as well as one for my neverfull GM.
Yours looks beautiful with that bandeau! I think I might get one myself. Do you mind taking a picture of the bottom of your bag? Just curious how others look like.
I have the light colored Rose Poudre and there haven't been any issues for me either. My only complaint with the Empreinte bags is how the embossing wears down and softens over time. It happened to both of my older bags, and it will probably happen to my newest one, the Tourterelle, with time. I wish the deep embossing would stay, but it's the nature of these bags. I still love the Metis though, and the Marine Rouge is beautiful, so I would stick with it if I were you. But I am biased, as you can see below

I've had mine for only a few days, but the reverse is absolute perfection. I've been carrying the bag all over the house as we are still in lock down where I am. Can't help it though, it's sooooo pretty!!
