Hi all,

Just received my Felicie DE and not sure if my slip pocket is stretched out or if it comes like this? I received it in monogram as well but it seems to be flush against the wall.

Hi all,

The interior material of my Felicie is different than yours, but while it doesn't lie completely flat against the back wall of the bag, it doesn't look stretched out - it's still straight across if you're looking at it from the top, if that makes sense. I'm sure that a little stretching is inevitable though, if you do use the slip pocket. I personally wouldn't be concerned with it, but if it is something that is going to bother you every time you see it, send it back.

I really am disappointed with my Felicie in Monogram. I bought it about 3-4 years ago (don't remember the exact date, but it was a break up gift from me to me ) and it really morphed in the time.
I haven't used it much, few time for traveling and storing small goods and for use as a small grab on clutch. Otherwise it was stored in its pouch in my bag closet at home.
At some point the front site started to get wavy and all the seams opened up (the sealing cracked open in the middle (everywhere) - the actual seams are still intact). The bag is of course still functional and you don't see it if not looking carefully, but it is really disappointing how it desintegrates over time.
I did brought it to LV for inspection how to get rid mainly of the (very) wavy front and they said it is actually inreparable and that it might be caused by exposion to humidity.
Can't really imaging how that should have happened. I live in Germany where it is not really superdamp, especially not in my bag closet and I have had it with in only once to Crete for a vacation, where you have a higher overall humidity, but even then, it was mainly in the room and not somewhere superdamp and it never got wet.
I have some LV bags and the most really are holding up really really well, some even from the 90ties. But this one really is the most disappointing one.
Hi! This is a known issue with canvas Felicie and has nothing to do with humidity. I suggest you take it to another store and speak to the repair specialist. If it were a humidity issue, the entire bag would have issues and not just the bottom. https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/help-lv-pochette-felicie-issue.1016079/

hmmm...that does not sound right, they did not offer to replace it? I live in a very humid climate (in summer), my Mono Felicie is only a year old but its mint....i never keep it snapped tho, i was warned by a kind tpf member, @EmmJay , that doing so could cause issues....so i am wondering if that is perhaps why yours is doing this?
Hi! I don’t recall providing this info. I do recall suggesting that when you open the snap to glide your fingers under the flap to open the snap. If you tug on the snap to open it, over time the flap on the canvas will no longer lay flat. I store mine flat with closed flap.

Sorry to misquote you! I must have seen a post on that from someone else, and confused the 2 pieces of advice as Both having come from you....i did not mean to misquote you :hugs:

I'm thinking of buying the Felices Pochette but can't decide which pattern/material. I already have a Palermo, Ebene Speedy and the pochette accessories in monogram. I'm thinking of using the strap from my Palermo for this Felices as I think I won't be using the chain as often, although I love it and looks so pretty. I am leaning towards the Mono and the Vernis Amarante as I prefer the gold chain instead of silver. The main reason why i am leaning towards these two types is so I can use the strap from my palermo. Otherwise I would consider the emperiente or epi too. I think the vernis, emperiente and epi will scratch more and I have to be extra careful. For those who have these materials, does it scratch up easy? Should I take the plunge? Can I ask those who already have the bag, why did you chose the material for your Felices? Btw, the bags that I have, I don't usually use them so I am looking for a crossbody bag that I can use daily. I've been usually using my Longchamp cuirs as an everyday bag. Thanks to all who respond.
