but pandora haven't 18cm size. right? they have 19cm, then pandora can sell more charms for people. i think. you are teacher? i like teacher
That's crazy that girls that young wear Pandora to school! I live in Wisconsin in the US and barely even see adults wearing Pandora. I work at a college and have probably seen one instructor and zero students wearing it.
I agree with you that if I saw 11 year olds wearing the same charms as me it would be a little weird, especially if they are snobby! My mother-in-law has been getting my 2 year old and 4 month old girls charms for different things and they will be allowed to wear them at special times. I don't think they even have an pave ones!
It's interesting how different areas in the world are so different even with jewelry! I think if I lived in, or by, a big city I would see more Pandora...but I live in a small area so I don't notice it as much. Who knows!
I'm from your neck of the woods Robin and I've never seen anyone around here wearing Pandora either. One woman I know professionally wears a Pandora-like charm bracelet, but I don't know what brand it is. When I started collecting Pandora, about two years ago, I searched the Pandora web site for dealers in the state but the only ones I found were in Milwaukee. Since then a few have cropped up in nearby Madison, including a Jared's and a Pandora concept store, so one would assume there is some popularity there.
I also searched for Trollbead dealers, but the only ones in the entire state were in Madison, and they've since vanished.
I buy all my beads mail-order from the Pandora store at Mall of America in Minneapolis. Nice thing about that is that they arrive in the mail in two days and there's no sales tax.
I started collecting about 2 years ago too! Thankfully we have a concept store in the mall by me and a Jared and A&E Jeweler up here that have Pandora! I looked for troll beads too at one point and found one place but I never went in to actually look. It's definitely not a big thing here like in other places! But that means more options for us at the stores i guess!

I ordered from Elisa Ilana in December, and last week from Mall of America. I'm quite surprised about the tax thing. How come there is no tax? I thought we were supposed to pay taxes depending on the State we live in?

They have an 18cm in the normal bracelets but not in the bangle. Yes maybe they just want to sell more charms.

2nd is for my daughter
and the last one is for myself - a beach theme

Ditto! Don't like they have to offer. The orchid and rhe heart shape flags look ok. Still too much pave and no two tone.
