Speaking of which: I recently got my first 2 spacers, and I'm surprised to see they're as big as my other beads. I thought they were supposed to be smaller and help highlight the bigger ones?
Spacers are usually smaller than the regular charms, they were the first ones that didn't have a thread inside to turn onto your bracelet. Now lots of charms have no thread. Which ones this you buy? edited to add: Ooops didn't see your subsequent post. they are pretty much the same size of other spacers. The smallest I have are the gold spacers. I wonder if it's because there was a time when almost everyone wanted to completely fill their bracelet but based on the size of the bracelet that was hard to do so they created "filler" type charms to make every segment complete. Now, people don't put as many charms on the bracelet for more movement so the whole spacer thing is kind of not necessary. Unless you buy them for the way they look. I love the Kiss spacers they were small as well as Lights spacers. Kiss spacers had genuine stones, Lights had CZ's.

Hey guys, there is a seller on eBay that is selling fakes.:nogood: I don't know if they know they're fakes. I have reported them. The sellers name is 925silverfindsandstuff. Can you log on and report them so buyers don't get burned.

I don't think it's because we don't like pave, we just don't like so many pave. It's like opening a cake shop but all you sell is chocolate cake - which is great if you like chocolate, not so much if you are more a lemon or vanilla cake person. Pave is in right now, because I see it in other well known brands but it's a fad so eventually it will fade.

I agree with your answer ,just Ithink it is the Proper Right one;) it is like the chocolate:D

I haven't post any photos for a while. My stash of Pandora has been posted many pages back. Here are some of my recent purchases. The tram is a gift for a friend's birthday. The two tone heart charm is a gift also for a friend's birthday. The bangle and bracelet is how I have rearranged my Pandora to wear at the moment.

I like your bangle that Chinese Culture one. love the Lantern charm

That is very possible they are trying to catch the eye of younger people. The problem is that younger people are very fickle, they like things that are trending and then move on to something else. I am thinking of all the Shamballa bracelets that were so popular a year or so ago, now not so much. Or Thomas Sabo jewelry. Pandora has been around for over 30 years so they should endure like Tiffany but they need to create charms and other jewelry that appeal to different age brackets and incomes.

It's probably a good idea to attract the young. However, it would be too bad to drive away other customers.
I like my silver bracelet, and prefer to have accents of gold and CZ instead of a complete pavé bracelet.
For Valentine's day or mother's day, I don't expect a heart or a Mom charm, but rather a significant charm. I'm happy to represent persons or hobbies. It's sad that the plain charms are disappearing. I had a really hard time to find a charm representing one of my kids. And it happens to be a retired one...

But most people like pandora due to the pandora is special and distinctive. and the high end quality side. the pandora like other brand jewelry appeal the different age and incomes, how can it be a high end, and special jewelry?

If the whole street all wear the pandora it can not show the special, right? if this realy happen? i don't know will still have many people like it?

In the end Pandora is a business and businesses strive to make money. So in order to make more money and have a larger presence they need to appeal to as many audiences as they can while still holding true as much as they can to their current customers. It's obviously challenging, but it has to be done to grow and continue to succeed. It's hard to please everyone, but they are obviously selling a lot of pave charms and such otherwise they wouldn't continue making more. Like other people said...it is probably a fad and eventually the pave will die down a little. For me, I like the pave...I don't have many of them, but I love the ones I have!

Hi Ladies,

I need a little help.
I have a friend in Europe who wants to buy Pandora jewelry. I already cautioned her about Ebay sellers, but now she sent over a website name asking if I thought it was authentic.

The site is salejewelryonline.com

I do not wear Pandora jewelry but I am always very suspicious about any sites claiming to sell authentic products at a discount. Also, the verbiage in the About page just makes me more suspicious. But again, I do not know the brand that well so I don't know.

What do you think? I would hate for her to pay good money for counterfeits.

Thank you for your help.

Ps. I also welcome any recommendations where I could send her if she is looking for authentic Pandora pieces. It has to be an online source but she does have a shipping address in the US as well.
