same here think I prefer alot more the old stuff pandora use to do. so hence now I only buy probably 2 charms from any new collections they do a year. but will buy more the old designs
There are some photos of the valentine's collection on charm addict . com - I'm not sure about them :-\Has anyone else seen photos of the valentine collection? What are your thoughts? I for sure won't be buying anythingI haven't liked anything in the past few collections either..
Good start, i can't wait to see how it will look at the end, it is always funIm so excited! I started my 3rd bracelet last night! Starting it out simple for now- no set "theme" yet in mind like I did with my Disney bracelets. I'm excited to see what this one will develop into as time goes on

I completely agree with your thoughts. I too find it very interesting and still can't really give a logical explanation on why I'm now so attached to collecting these charms since I'm a guy. I know these bracelets are intended for women and that it's just not normal to see a guy wearing one (lol), but I don't care! Surprisingly enough, where I live they're not that common yet so even though I wear it daily, I haven't actually received any hate on it or on the fact that I'm a male wearing Pandora. In fact, I've received a lot of compliments from both guys and girls!
Some of the reasons why I decided to get a bracelet are, well, because I could; because I love mini-sized everything (the level of detail on the turtle charm is amazing); because there were times during this year where I felt extremely depressed, up to the point that I asked myself if it was still worth living. But then with the help of my few real friends I remembered how blessed and lucky I am, so I got a bracelet with 5 charms with the purpose of reminding me of my achievements and things worth living for. 3 months have passed and now I have a full bracelet (lol this addiction thing you talk about is so true because I was gonna stick to just 3 charms but then I got anxious when I saw complete bracelets and (gotta admit) felt a little competitive so I decided to fill it up. Also because jewelry is a sign of opulence where I live). I've felt a lot happier and comfortable with myself ever since with just staring down at my wrist and looking at those charms which remind me that better times will always come and that we must always be grateful. So I could basically say that these charms were a life saver.
Oh I must add that it gives me a reason to look forward to the future because my ultimate dream is going to Dubai and I thought that getting the camel charm would be nice were I gonna travel thereI'll post a photo of my bracelet as soon as I can
Hey guys, I finally exchanged my blue cz charm for a White Looking glass..thx Tabitha!I love it. Will post photo tmr!
Sounds like I might be in the minority here, but I have my eye on two of the V-Day charms!
The ring box and the Cupid would be great additions for me. I got engaged this year, so I'm a little cuckoo for anything of that sentiment. And, I heard the cupid will have rose gold!! That alone excites me!! I've been wishing for Pandora to incorporate rose gold into the charms for years!
i think that the cupid look cute too, but the pics i saw were not enough clear to really tell, but it was the only one i like with the ring twist of fate, but i'M almost done with the dangle i already gets 3, plus i want the splish splash and the my princess, so no more dangle for now
Love that! Very eye catching. I just love the Murano beads, they add so much to a bracelet.I'm sorry this picture quality stinks, I took a screenshot from my photo on Flickr.. But anyway, wanted to show you my full lime bracelet! Great for summer, I say go for it!!

I got small bracelet so these big charms they have come out with dont look good on me. looks better on others. prefer small dainty charms
I know what you mean about spoiling the bracelet with cheapie charms. I had a yard sale and was wearing one of my bracelets and a women came up to me with about 3 or 4 bracelets on. She was kind of bragging about hers compared to mine but hers was full of really awful fakes. I didn't have the heart to say anything since I think she was completely unaware of the fact they were fake. I could have run in the house and put about 6 on each wrist but wouldn't that have been a little much at a yard sale?Oooh, what are your thoughts as to why Pandora is so addictive? After all, it's just a bracelet on but we do seem to be pretty obsessed with them! I think we love them because they are pretty, sentimental and can keep on making our bracelets "new" by rearranging or replacing new charms. I wear mine every day. My good friend has one but she doesn't wear hers every day. I would want to! In fact I wish all my female friends has Pandora so I can buy them charms.
My friend and I got our other friend an oxidised bracelet and put the flower open works charm on for her birthday. Anyway, in our opinion she went and spoiled her bracelet by putting on cheap sparkly charms. These charms are costume and not even silver. We kind of hinted that by adding non Pandora charms will void the guarantee of the bracelet (I know no one really sticks to this). I'm not being a snob, but I am a bit disappointed that she would spoil her bracelet like this. We got her the angel charm for her birthday but the other costume charms have taken over her bracelet now. She just has the two Pandora charms we gave her and the rest are sparkly costume charms.
One of my male student's at school even has a plain silver Pandora bracelet on. He has it close fitting with no charms and it looks cool.

Don't they advertise the promotions in the UK? The Pandora site here in Canada doesn't so I have to rely on emails from jewelry stores telling me about them. I put myself on all the lists for emails. Canada and the US seem to have different dates for their promotions so last year I went to 2 stores here in Ontario then to 2 in Florida the next week. The nearest Pandora is the one in Reading, I want there on 30th Dec, all two tone charms on sale were sold out way before I knew the sales was on. Really sad I felt when I was told so when I was in the shop.
