Would I be getting my hopes up if I expected a refund?
How long have you had the item/s for? If you're within their returns period then you can send it back for a refund. What was wrong with it?

I only received it on Tuesday. It's not authentic, I just brought it in to Pandora.
Oh noso sorry for you. Did you pay through paypal? If so, you could start a "not as described" dispute. If not, get in contact with them, I've found customer service to at least reply to emails promptly.
I did use paypal. I contacted Jewel First on facebook and via email about receiving a fake charm. I advised that I just want a simple refund. If I get all in a huff I'm sure they won't be helpful.
Hi, I am going to call them tomorrow and tell them I may return their merchandise. When I read the return policy it states that items can be returned within 7 days after despatch. Not sure if that is 7 days after their mailing date or within 7 days of receipt. My first order took nearly 3 weeks to get here, plus it was mailed on January 6th.I only received it on Tuesday. Tomorrow I am taking them all into one of my retailers (the one with the least snotty attitude) and ask about authenticity. So if they are genuine no worries but if they are not , then their return policy means diddly squat if they are selling fakes.
The girl I spoke with today wasn't snotty at all. She even showed me an authentic charm and pointed out the difference (most of which I noticed myself, hence my suspicions).
I'm just hoping that the return goes smoothly. I'm a little stressed. If it doesn't work out I've lost $180 and learned a very valuable lesson, though.

So it's been confirmed, my anchor charm is a fakeI'm so disappointed.
Pleas let us know if jewel first get back to you.
Will do. I'm not sure that I still have the Pandora box all 3 items came in, which may be a problem ;/
Oh noI'm so sorry to hear that you received a charm that's not genuine. I've been catching up with this thread today been away for a weeks break and can't believe so much has happened here??? When you mention your anchor charm is light silver mine is on the dangly with the gold heart I got mine from sale at republic of jewels I've had a look at mine compared to yours and mine has the stamps clearly 925 ALE plus it also on the rim below has a stamp which I think says 585 and some other Mark next to it which I can barely read as it's so small need magnifying glass. I'm assuming the 585 is stamp for the gold part of the charm. Does yours have that?
