Hey....I have had my pandora bracelet for about 3 weeks now and i woke up one morning and the clasp was broken off! If it was only the clasp I knew it would be able to be repaired but the little round silver piece also broke off on one end so what do I do??? Can it be repaired in a store that sells pandora or do I need to buy a new bracelet! PLEASE HELP ASAP!

You have a 12 month warranty if you bought the bracelet from an official Pandora store. If you didn't get it from an official store you will have to take it to a jewelers i'm afraid!

I just came back from Jelmoli in Zurich, Switzerland, which carries Pandora. I bought a round black mother of pearl watch bead.

When I was having a look at them, I inspected for scratches and asked to see another one to see if it looked better. That's when the SA became really annoyed and she banged the watch bead on the glass case/table surface... she didn't use a bead tray with the nice flocked padding to protect them. I think this is so unprofessional. This watch bead did not cost only $10 (in which case I would understand not wanting customers to be picky), but it was over 300 swiss francs (approx US $305)..... I was seriously considering not buying anything after that stunt, but I was afraid she would lash out at me and my bf. I just picked one of the two that she brought out. I'm still hoping it will be scratch-free (haven't looked at it yet).

The SA then took it in her hand while she opened several cabinets trying to find packaging. I was crossing my fingers that she didn't knock it around while doing god knows what.

I also expected at least a small Pandora box for it, but I got nothing. I only got the pink Pandora paper, and not even their cardboard envelope. They put it into one of their own paper envelopes. No gift for spending more than average.... I'm quite disappointed, as this was supposed to be special. My bf wanted to buy me another birthday gift, one which was unique. And watch beads are unique to only a few countries in Europe. Plus I heard they are retired now? the only reason I went there was for the 10% discount.

Sigh... has anyone ever had this kind of experience? Do you have the guts to say "no thanks" once the SA tries to make you feel bad for checking the goods? Do you even check the goods to make sure they're not scratched? I feel like as if I did something bad by checking.

Awww Citrusacid I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. Buying Pandora is meant to be fun and getting something as special a watch bead shouldn't be spoilt by some uppity shop assistant. I would have said no thanks or asked to speak to the manager as I can't bear rudness, so I admire you for persisting with it. There is a plus point, you've got a lovely new bead, forget about the poor shopping experience that's their problem not yours and enjoy your new bead:)

Thanks northernbirdie... I'm feeling better now, since the bead turned out to be scratch free after a little polish! I was really afraid it would not be perfect, and returning/exchanging it would have been really difficult, if not impossible.

I just got a Pandora bracelet with 9 beads and 2 clips to go with my favorite Yurman bracelet. (below) As you can see, the beads filled the middle section of the bracelet. After wearing it only one day, I was really frustrated with the way that it kept sliding around to the bottom of my wrist. I was constantly adjusting it - made me crazy! I went back and got a smaller bracelet and it helps. But I'm guessing that unless I fill the entire bracelet, it's going to keep happening! :-s

^ohhh yay! I got that one myself last week! the crater bead came in the mail (LOVE IT!!!) the other day too.........

Husband won't be happy when it comes through the post! I'm going to have to take two charms off the middle section when it comes & put one charm either side of the middle to make it look more even. Only problem is i will need another charm to fill the middle again! I want the perfume bottle charm on the middle section, along with the pandora crown & Dangle heart padlock charm. Any ideas of how i should arrange the bracelet?

I love how the two look together. Are the beads on either end clips and are they onyx?
Only advice I can give about the rolling bracelet is each time you roll your Pandora to the top of your wrist you can enjoy your beads. LOL
Once I filled my bracelets I kinda of stop looking at the beads. Weird but true to me.

Thanks Using Daddys!! I just discovered Pandora and found this look right away. And I love how you say that rolling them over gives the opportunity to enjoy the beads! I know that I'll get used to them, but right now I just stare!

I have the onyx clips on both ends to hold that section in place. Here's a picture of the clip.
