Oh my, My 2tone says 585 with ALE under the 585 inside a box on the inside of the barrel clasp. I got mine from an authorize Pandora dealer. How much did you pay and can you get a refund?

Oh, no!!!!! That's a nightmare. Did you get it from eBay and possible easy refund for a fake??????? (If it is one.)

There is a FB page called Charm Junction where there are photos of the new fall 2011 collection!
Yippee!!! Thanks!!!

I am off to class now.... done with Financial Analysis... time for a more fun class (elective)... Marketing and Social Media!!! I hope it's all about FB!!! Wish me luck! (Otherwise if it bites, it will be 8 weeks of hell!!!!!!).

I'm 3 classes down and 10 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Here it is...i cleaned it.The 585 is at the top and ALE is on the bottom. Its like a raised stamped.

It's actually 925 ALE. 925 represents silver. The numbers are probably so small that you're reading it as 585 ALE. :smile1: (ALE is the intials of one of the Pandora founder's father.)

Wikipedia:
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.

can you see it?someone on FB told me it looks off.well alot of people.i don't know what to do.the seller hasn't responded.

I can't even read the 925 ALE inside my Pandora clasp, but my clasp is a grey color inside - I bought it directly from a Pandora concept store.

Your bracelet's clasp looks like it's a dark gold color inside. I don't think that it looks right. But, I just started collecting Pandora this past April, so I'm not an expert.

I'm sure someone will respond to you. What I do for research is look at the photos in the Facebook pages for Pandora and Pandora Lover's to see other people's bracelets and charms.

I hope you are able to return the bracelet. Sometimes it's worth it just to purchase directly from an official Pandora dealer although I have bought a few charms on eBay that were genuine. I only had one problem with a glass charm but I was able to return it for exactly what I paid for it - I only had to pay for the return shipping to the seller (she was very nice). I found the real glass bead at an official dealer and compared it to the ebay glass charm and then realised that the ebay charm was not good. But, I told the seller that I didn't like the color and that is why I wanted to return the bead. She was very accomodating and refunded my money immediately after she received the bead.
