Talking about ebay....I just bought another charm that I have wanted for ages - the retired pink cubic zirconia sunflower charm. My new bracelet is growing too fast - I must slow down I have already purchased 3 charms in the last week! No more now until September

I know how you guys feel, since I started collecting .... hummm, think it was less then a month ago, I have collected about 15 beads. I am slowing down now, though I am looking at them all frequently, online and in the store near me. I have so many more I like but have purchased the "necessities" for now. I actually was able to go into the Pandora store at the mall today and I only bought a polishing cloth. I got a pair of earrings for my birthday and the ghost and pumpkin charm since halloween is right around the corner! I only have the leather bracelet right now and I can't wear all my charms on it because it is probably not strong enough. I will be purchasing the silver and gold bracelet soon. I am trying to find out which spacers I like. I love looking at all you guys bracelets!

HA - no more til Christmas... I am already jonesing for a new charm, and it's only been a week! Took photos of some stuff to sell on eBay. And thinking well, if I don't get my weekly starbucks coffee then I can use that money towards a new charm... Hmmm..... LMAO. Staying strong so far tho. I'm trying to live vicariously through you ladies. :P

does anyone know if there are any safe ebayers to buy the beads/bracelets from who i can be sure sell only authentic items? i'd like to buy some from ebay but not sure if i can trust it or not ...

There are some very reliable sellers on ebay. I use "Collectabead" and "peppertree09" (ebay store name is Wisconsin Beads) and they both sell authentic beads with good service. Also heirloom_collection_beads and specter_123. I"m sure there are many more but those are some of the sellers I have had good luck with.

ooooh its a difficult decision ... i think i'll be getting with the bracelet the saftey beads but not sure whether to go with gold or silver yet.
i dont know if they count as a bead ... i was thinking maybe one with a dangling charm , possibly the heart with dangling key .... i dont know . im so excited about looking in the store and choosing my first bead:yahoo:

I love the key to my heart bead! Its one of my favorites. :smile1:

thanks for the all the help everyone :)
one last question before i start my first bracelet .. does anyone know if the 2tone beads such as the safety chain in silver with gold hearts ... are they gold plated hearts or is it solid gold hearts . im worried the plating might wear off if they are plated on.please help!

Something to consider is price -- if the price seems too good to be true, then it might clue you to dig a bit further. Read the feedback. Look at how long the ebayer has been selling. Examine what they sell -- only Pandora and lots of it or does it look like they are selling from their own personal collection. I have been buying Pandora on ebay since 2000 and have yet to have a problem. When in doubt, post the link here and the ladies will check for you. Hope this helps! :smile1:

Hi Laura,

Pandora's wood beads are beautiful. I just added Coracao De Negro to my collection in the spring.
The bead's silver sleeve (the portion with "Pandora" engraved on it) should give it space so that your other charms won't damage the wood on the Muiracatiara. However if you are still worried you can always add a simple spacer to increase the buffer zone between beads. Consider something like this: http://www.pandora.net/en-CA/jewellery/ranges/charms/790197
