I admit I am a Pandora purist so I don't have any issues with bead size. The muranos though I definitely buy in person with whatever others I am going to put them with. I bought one once on it's own and it is "skinnier" than the others and it drove me nuts for months until I finally got used to it.

I'm a Pandora purist too! :smile1: Was starting to think I was alone. The differences in the muranos can be an issue sometimes, but I accept it as a part of the handmade nature of them. For my birthday last year, I got two green blossoms muranos, and the flowers were very different between the two. Could not bear to take one back, though, as the fiance was so proud of himself, lol.

Love your bracelet, I just got finished reworking my 2tone. I took off all the muranos, and now my bracelet is just 2tone metal. I got bored with my muranos. The only thing now is that I have 3 muranos that are now homeless.

Queenesther - get a leather! They are perfect for a few Murano's. I have a dbl black leather, and then swap out Murano's to match what I'm wearing. I have 3 blue, and 2 (almost 3, I'm going tomorrow) teal Muroano's.

I was not a happy camper at my Pandora store today. I went in to talk about my mother of pearl hearts charm. A piece of the pearl came out and I wanted to see if they would replace the charm. Now, here I am standing there with 2 full bracelets on, and the manager knows me very well. the sales clerk says,'well, we can return it to corporate and see what they want to do, repair it or what." Now, there's no way to repair this economically. She said, they'll probably replace it. She said "if you don't hear from us in 1.5 MONTHS, give us a call." Seriously? I figured they would just replace it on the spot. I should have taken it to the local family jewelers where I buy most of my stuff. they would have taken it back, even if they took the loss. that's how good their customer service is. I didn't have a receipt though. UGH

Oh, that's horrible! There is absolutely no reason for that - they should stand by the product. Sooo sorry you had to receive bad customer service - nothing worse than that! :-s

Chasersmom--thank you for your suggestion but I dont think I want a leather, I think I will just keep them and when I get unbored with them I will put them back on my bracelet again. I am really liking my bracelet without the muranos for the moment.

What a shame. They should have given you a new one.

My girlfriend told me that her friends clasp broke and she took it to the Pandora store and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm really surprised, I thought they'd repair it, even if they charged a fee.

Hi,

I wonder if someone could be so kind to help. I am not sure if I have bought a fake off ebay and would like it if someone could confirm for sure.

The charm in question is the bear head - this is a retired charm and the one I received has no ALE hallmark. Does anyone have a picture of a genuine charm they could post up for me to compare and does it bear the ALE mark?

Thanks everyone.

I am drawing a blank on Pandora doing a bear head. Maybe it is an early one and some longer collectors will know?

So sorry. I had to send in a ring because a cz fell out and it took a month to get it back. I think unless it is recent purchase they just send everything off. But Pandora will fix or replace it at no charge usually.

What was the seller's feedback like and had they sold many Pandora beads on ebay or have any for sale - normally you can tell the fake charms but look at the feedback and let us know....:smile1:

Nell, They have sold loads of charms and has 100% feedback, which made me order it in the first place (around 5,000), but I'm just not convinced this a genuine one, It just doesn't seem to have the detail of some of my other charms, thats why I would like to see a piccie of a genuine one.
