Hello ladies!

I hope you are having a fabulous New Year!

To answer some of your recent inquiries/suggestions:

I hope you didn't miss out on our recent 25% off of all sale items sale. There were select Mini Affairs, Mini MACs, and Mini 5-zips available for $97.50 ! (I'm sure that you're all signed up for our newsletters, so I'm sure you always know when the best rebeccaminkoff.com sales are) :cool:

Sadly, there isn't a planned restock for the MAMs yet :shucks: But, don't fret! We know how much you all love the MAM, and we will definitely forward your suggestions on to production (we'll also make note of beloved rose gold hardware)!

As for the different types of handbag linings and leathers, these elements change from season to season. We use different materials each year, and make these choices depending on various factors. For example, the more pebbly leather is perceived to be more durable and convenient because scratches/marks are much less noticeable than with smoother leather.

Darker lining is a wonderful suggestion; you should keep an eye out for this in the future!:D

Handbag exclusives- sometimes handbags are exclusive to a department store in certain colors when they first come out. The Mini MAC with fringe in Ultraviolet was a Nordstrom exclusive when it was first available. However, once handbags are around for a little while they stop being exclusives and start being more widely sold. A lot of the time though, if a handbag is an exclusive somewhere, then it's only exclusive in a specific color.:smile1:

This makes me sad as a member of the RM team emailed me to say you would be produced MAMs in Fatigue and Ink specifically.

We all had our hopes up. Good to know I can take my funds to spend elsewhere. :-)

Hello everyone,
So I recently bought a black and navy luxe mam from poshmark that didn't come with a shoulder strap :-( just wondering if there is a suggestion for what to do to get one. Should I try rm repairs, or a local leather repairs shop? I'm a little unsure of getting one from eBay because I'm not exactly sure what I need

just use any from your other bags that fits your MAM. i don't use the shoulder strap cuz the handles are usually long enough to wear the bag on the shoulder :smile1:

I live in Singapore so there isn't any RM stores around. I have poked my nose in ebay, bonanza, tradesy etc but no luck. :(

That MAM was made before RM started including straps on each bag so I doubt going through RM would be fruitful. Your best bet is a local shop or a generic strap. I know there used to be a seller on ebay and bonanza who sold straps with dogleash clips on the end. I want to say the name was something like sterlingcoach

Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs :woot: for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this two year period. Repair inquiries should be directed to our Customer Care Liaison. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 14 to 30 business days.

We request that you submit a repair request to our Customer Care Liaison. Once your request is received, our in-house Customer Care Liaison will be in contact with you within 1-3 business days with information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair.

Please note, it may be necessary to provide proof of purchase in order to confirm that your repair request is covered by our policy.

If general wear and tear has diminished a handbag’s appearance, we suggest visiting a reputable leather care professional for refurbishment. We recommend Lovin’ my bags to give your bag a much needed spa day.
