These are what I think of as the real mini or micro bags. They have 'normal' size established iconic counterparts and are correct down to most of the finest details. Because of this they take just as long to produce and are really collectors' pieces.

The virtuosity it requires to construct micro bags often gets my appreciation. I know many beleaguer the price point of micros due to amount (or lack thereof) of materials, but to me, they're well-worth it for the attention to detail and intricacy that goes into production. I can't sew for the life of me, so can only imagine the skill and patience it requires to create the pattern, cut the pieces of materials, then try to put it all together.

I was fascinated with the lipstick bag! They start at around £450.00GBP and are lovely as an additional accessory. They don't hold anything other than a Valentino lipstick, the rest of the body is a mirror compact. I love the lipstick minaudière, but never wear lipstick, so it'd solely be a jewelry type piece for me. The micro studded bag is appealing to me more and more though, especially with the tiny studs.

I love the way they look on everyone except me! they are so pretty and some of them really make a statement, but, on me it just would feel like a necklace....

Yes they are to be seen like Jewllery, rather than a functional every day bag. You'd buy it to use as if it was a pair of earrings or a necklace, purely decorative.
