@pureplatinum indeed I totally didn’t expect the wuji to turn out the way it is. I know it’s thin (I purposely picked 3 different bangles of different look). And it turns out not being “dainty” but a little cool haha.

Such beautiful colors on your newest bangle @ivorydolly. Enjoy! Which of your carved bangles do you find most comfortable wearing? I’m trying to figure out which shape to get for a carved bangle, and as usual, comfort is tops for me

The highest point is 12mm by 8mm wide. I haven't knocked it on anything (yet) but it could be because I'm being extra careful!

This is 52. From those few I bought, the smallest is 51.8 which fits too. I think my hand is big in reference to my wrist

Hi! I have this jade pendant given to me by my mother. I believe this piece is decades-old.

I noticed that the middle part has a different color. I don’t know if the color has always been this way or it discolor. Would anyone know if it discolored or a sign of deterioration?

I am just about ready to give up on my round princess bangle search. My wrist is so small, that in order to wear a round princess bangle comfortable, it would have to be 47-49 mm. I found one in that size range at ultimate jadeite, but it's to this huge chip, more like a crater on the side. I haven't been able to find any others. At this rate, I don't even care about the color. As long as the texture is nice, I will take any color. It's the only bangle that has thus far eluded my collection.

I prefer d cut though. I prefer bangles to sit close to me.

Hello! The smallest of the pictures is a 49, but I’m sure I could fit maybe one to two sizes smaller, I just don’t dare try with a D, especially with more expensive bangles. The largest there is a 51.5, but I can get away with it because it’s a D cut, and it fits tighter on my wrist. However, I know for a princess, for it to look the way I want it to look, it needs to be smaller. Also, I want it smaller so it’s less likely to slide off. I have a 51 mm thin princess from unijade, and it’s concerning how easy it is to slip on and off.

Oh I understand now why you're avoiding the D. Your wrist AND hand are small (D cut may slip off easily for you). I have relatively small wrist but my hand is big. So far, im most comfy in guifei aka oval d cut.

After getting few pocket friendly bangles, and wearing for a few weeks, gathering what fits and what i like, I moved on to buying better quality ones. The seller sent me lots of photos and videos and answering all my queries. These are two that will arrive end week. I’m hoping they are turning out better in real life.
