crosso, the carvings on mine consist of a bat, a squirrel, ruyi, peach, and coins. its alot nicer than in my pics. i take lousy pics. :p

Oooh, that's so pretty, Fan! I think many of his carved bangles must have come from the same boulder, as they have similar color and patterning. I've never seen a squirrel carving before, what does it signify, do you know?
It's a beautiful day here so decided to take a pic of my carved collection to share - I love how they look in the sun! 4 are from Suzanne Corner, 1 from Desire Treasures, one from Gojade and the newest from jadebracelet. Wish I had more arms! I usually don't stack, but only wear one at a time - and most of my bangles go on my right arm, as that hand is much more flexible and I can get a better fit.

Hi Connie! It's what this thread is for... lovely even translucent purpley color usually doesn't happen naturally. I would guess that this is dyed/treated... you can kind of see the spider-webbing on the surface where the light is reflected on your picture.

You really think it's struggling? I think we still keep up pretty well...we still have lots of pics! I think having 3-4 threads helps and it seems less off topic.

Molly, I love your new nephrite ring with its organic nuggety setting! Did you buy it from your new neighborhood jade shop? Looks great with Sweet Baby James and you're getting good at showing his blue swirls!

Crosso & fanofjadeite, I'm encouraged to try a carved bangle from this seller! Thanks for sharing your pics! I just want to wait for the dark Hetian to arrive OK before I get another bangle from him. What's the rush when I don't "need" any of my latest bangles LOL! But I don't have a carved one yet so at least this would be something different! ;-)

JKP, love your carved collection and all your pics!
