No Uli, I've only dealt with jojo once and there was no trouble with my delivery. I did notice the package was not labelled accurately to reflect the bangle or its price. I already forget what it said it was, though.

Halloween decorations and costumes are available here now... I saw this claw bracelet and thought "I must show this to Uli!" so I took some pictures. I didn't buy the claws though! lol The jade bangle is Smoke.

I absolutely love this bangle! Was she from SC Red?

I think this is a wonderful idea, but because personal reasons and the fact I'd be terrified of breaking or losing her, I can't participate, but will have fun hearing stories of her travels. :)

No worries! I hope no one feels obligated. Just a fun thing for those who have time. If not participating, you can still have fun following the "traveller". :smile1:

Just got my imperial green princess jade bangle....I am not sure about it theres lots of black spots oh well stacked it with my first jade bangle Miss Minty meets Miss Emmy 😊

Hi ladies! Mymeimei, congratulations on your second bangle! I too have a love for the deep green bangles. Looks great together in shape and color with your first one!

Jade4me, thank you so much for sharing the experience with testing Poly. It really adds to our collective bank of knowledge.

Crystaline, D shaped bangles are flat on the inside and curved on the outside. If you were to take a cross section, it would look like the shape of a D. Princess rounds are round, while there are bangles that are almost princess round, but with a slight flat inner plain. In general, one can go a little smaller with the rounds. The thinner the bangle is, the less material that has to pass over your hand flesh. Larger bangles can get stuck more easily, so yes, slightly larger for a wide, D shaped bangle.

Ok, I got my oval in the mail today. I couldn't be happier with the jade quality and the way it looks. The only thing that is confusing to me is that they cut it at a slight angle, and it looks like the Kerf of the saw took off more then I imagined. I don't understand why they didn't make a straight cut as in my diagram. Im thinking they must have had a reason for this, because they have made hinged bangles there. I will ask tomorrow.
Anyway, it in no way affects the design of the clasp, so that's the important thing. I'll take pictures when the light is better (night time now).
