Boston doesn't have its own stamp to my knowledge.Wow, this is new to me. I’m going to Boston this week. Do they have their own stamps there too? Wish I’d seen this before New York City...
My luggage tag was delivered today.
But I'm a little bit disappointed with the way it came out for the initial N.
Is this normal? My first heat stamped luggage tag.
And I wanted the initial diagonal and not horizontal. But I'm fine with this.

The clochettes don't really hold a stamp well IMO. Almost all end up this way at one point or another. That is why I ended up selling mine. Ebene is worse than vachetta btw. If you get another, either leave it blank or do a blind stamp (no color). They should offer to replace it once so go back to the original boutique that stamped it for you and ask.Hey everyone, I’m new to posting on the forum and I’m looking for general opinion as I got my first lv hot stamp this week.
I bought an Alma B.B. in DE and had the clochette stamped with my initial in gold foil. It was delivered to me today and within two hours the foil chipped. It was so weird seeing that happen so fast. Anyway my question is what does lv do with chipped stamps? Do they just offer to re-stamp or do you think they would give me a new clochette (free of charge of course haha)? I think it would be ridiculous for me to stamp it and then have it chip again...I’d rather it be plain. Going to try and upload pics. I appreciate all input. Thanks

Where are you in Japan? Lovely I want to return to Japan during Cherry Blossom season and want to get this stamp .Thanks in advance.I was able to get two luggage tags
You can't just bring in something, You have to actually buy something to get it hot stamped.
Stores might have different rules, but I think this is the common rule.
SAs can not do these stamps. Only the professional craftsperson are allowed to do this.
Most likely, He will only attend the store during the weekend.

Hi all! I was wondering if there was a general guideline LV has to follow with hot stamping? I bought a replacement luggage tag to put on my new speedy, went to collect it today at an Australian store. I really wanted two different colours with a symbol and initials. I got told I couldn’t have two different colours. So I said okay same colour symbol and initials then I got told I could only get one or the other... I was so annoyed I just paid for the tag and left, especially because the SA was being very unhelpful and rude.
I’ve seen so many tags with different colours, or special stamps with initials underneath. Are they unconventional and not usually allowed? I’m so confused and don’t know what to do now... what’s your take?
