Me and my SA watched craftsperson do stampings, and I asked my SA if she can do that too.
She said no SAs can't do that:doh:　 She can do normal initials stamping.
This is why, it's so hard to get the special stamps in Japan:hrmm:

Just came back from Paris and wanted to report in case anyone else was planning a trip.
I went to the Vendome store to get the sun stamp and didn't see the sun anywhere outside the store. I was so confused and thought I had the wrong location. I went inside anyways and asked if they had the stamp, a very lovely SA said yes it would be on the next floor up and walked me to the elevator. When I got upstairs, the SA who does the heat stamping was on lunch but another SA was able to help me, although he did mention that it is usually by appointment only that they hot stamp. I asked for the sun and Paris to be stamped underneath, which he replied that he could not as it was against the rules. I didn't want to press on this, but I know I have seen photos of this done. I also had a second tag that I wanted a heart heat stamped, and he told me the heart didn't exist, even though I had shown him an example of this one, he said he believed it was photoshopped. So I just got the sun stamped, thanked him, and was on my way back downstairs to shop :)

Glad you got your sun stamp!

Perhaps you can take your stamp and have Paris stamped underneath at your home boutique?

Hmm. I was just there last Saturday and had no problems getting my stamp done and one for my friend. When I told the SA that I could come back later to pick it up she told me there was no need.. they do it while you wait. And it was super quick! I didn’t ask for double stamps, just the sun stamp.

If I recall correctly, the taxi was at the pop up store in Brookfield Shopping Center. The bridge was at Bloomingdales. We went to so many darn LV stores/boutiques inside department stores so it is hard to recall.
