^Sara999......... Your Vintage pieces are absolutely gorgeous! How funny, that your father had no clue where he got the necklaces, but I can relate! Everything is sooooooooooooo beautiful, I especially love the ring that someone made for your great aunt, and the tri color woven gold bracelet. What is the green stone in the gold bracelet with the pearls.......it's beautiful! The necklace your Grandfather bought for your Grandmother from Harrods in England during WWII is quite a sentimental heirloom. I think the last necklace looks like a spider maybe with freshwater pearls and a diamond, and it was your Grandmothers. WOW......I wish I just had ONE piece from my Grandmother! You are so lucky, and you're pieces are treasures and heirlooms. Congratulations

I love this thread! Everyone's pieces are so beautiful and unique.
The workmanship and quality is truly representative of a time when crafters put so much time into their designs.

Awww, thank you babe- That is a HUGE compliment coming from someone with your incredible taste. I will def. post more soon. I'm incredibly shy about posting my antique collection online but I'll do my best- some of the pieces are really amazing and should be shared.

oh please...I am begging...begging on my knees...please post pics of your pieces. I need to stalk you so I can see pics of the pieces you design too. I only catch them by "accident."

my heart just jumped again...please share your pieces. seriously begging...

I agree with shanam. And I love the history behind the pieces too. The only thing I inherited was my moms engagement ring (not pictured), but you better believe my daughter is getting some from me, like it or not!

sara...SARA!!!!!!!!!:faint:

gorgeous pieces!!! I don't know where to start.

the first 2 necklaces are amazing with all of that wire work. the ring that someone made for your great aunt...kewl! love baroque rice pearls! the diamond ring...fantastic...adore old cut diamonds. also hope that you get lots of wear out of the cool tri-colored bracelet. I think the pearl necklace is my favorite, but it's hard to pick one!

Your pieces are so beautiful Sara. I so love the necklaces and the bracelet with the green stones. Well... I guess I love all this pieces that are made with such craftmanship ... And obviously given with love. Really special to own such family pieces! They are all gogeous. Enjoy wearing them!!
