I've got to share my news with like-minded aficionados who will understand (unlike DH)! As some of you have read I have to rely on what's available online in whatever colors are offered, and while there's no such thing as a bad Hermes color the two being offered For. Ever. were not exactly what I hoped for. I wanted a burst of color! My diligent stalking the website paid off! Just ordered a Garden Party 30 in a glorious red. So excited!

I am a shortie at 5'3", but opted for the GP36 because I carry a lot of stuff on a daily basis. I'll be the first to admit that this size isn't the most flattering for my height, but it's much more useful to me than the GP30 would be. Maybe think about what you'll be carrying in it and how much hauling around you'll be doing?

That is my only tote bag so I don't have a Neverfull MM for comparison pics, but maybe someone else in this thread can help. How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?

This is my GP 36. The color (Rouge Piment) looks similar to yours. I carry it as a tote. The handle is big enough that I can fit on my shoulders too. I like smaller bags however I find this bag elegant enough to wear to dinner also. I'm 5'4".
I have a tiny GP I hardly use. 30 might be just right, depending how you wear it & your comfort level wearing that size versus a larger one.
Regardless of size, I love my Hermes bags & find a use for each of them!
