Got this yesterday, love the chevron design so much. however, I noticed the base of the bag is very wrinkled. When I compared the base of another Gabrielle in black quilting in store, the base looks very smooth.
I wonder if this wrinkling on the base is common? Will the creases at the bottom make the base of the bag more easy to wear off?

Have the dimension of the medium changed? I see numbers on resale bags that are all over the place. Some are significantly taller, yet are still being called a medium. TIA!
Visited my local boutique yesterday to check out the Gabrielle hobo and I can’t stop thinking about it since. Here’s a photo of it next to my small flap. It is taller in height but narrower in terms of width. Capacity wise I would say probably similar to the small flap. Maybe can fit just a little bit more.

Of course! It's a very different style. Gabrielle looks elegant, modern and perhaps you could choose another colour if you want something different. I am delighted with my Gabrielle and I also own the Timeless and Le Boy. All of them are different but give you this point of elegance from Chanel.
Get it!!! You won’t regret it. It’s so versatile & modern. You’ve got a classic so this will be something different.
Since getting this bag, I have not reached for any other. I have the Le Boy as well and love it but this bag is just something else. Get it and will not regret it.
I have small gabrielle, chanel medium flap and small flap. I tend to use small gabrielle more. I love it so much.

but can’t help feeling a little guilty for wanting to get another Chanel when I got my small classic flap just < 5 months ago. Then again with the price increases Chanel does I should get it earlier rather than later, right?
