Hi ladies who own the Gabrielle bag, do you think that the bag is heavy? There are several chains... I'm considering getting a small, but I don't like heavy bags!
Also, does anyone own a Gabrielle backpack? I love backpacks and am debating on getting the Gabrielle backpack, or the Gabrielle small tote. Any thoughts?
We must have more modshots to show the versatility of the bag! I've been pretty busy the whole week but managed to take some pics and also share something too....

I used the chain around the waist method for this look. From the back it gives a Boho vibe.
Stay tuned for my next post!
[emoji106] [emoji122] that's why I said earlier on that this Gabrielle range really brings out the creativity in all of us [emoji2]Hi, I have the Gabrielle backpack and I LOVE it!After seeing Pearlicious02's small hobo, I am so tempted to get it too!
The chains are not heavy at all and the mixed metal is so cool! The aged calfskin holds pretty well - there are some creases due to the drawstring design. The hard base is useful as it keeps the shape of the bag but scuff marks are quite visible if you look close. But it does not bother me that much due to the whole "rugged" look of the bag.
I intentionally made one of the chains longer than the other and DIY some stoppers (using buttons and elastic bands) to prevent the chains from moving when I carry it using one side of the straps. I use the longer chain to carry crossbody and the shorter one for when I want to sling it on one side. Maybe some pictures will help:

We are the same height [emoji41] so you definitely can do all the styles I shared [emoji1]Omg. This look so cool!! I so want to try this look out. At first I think the small size is too small for me to carry it cross body as the bag hit above my waist (I am 5'3). Seeing this look i think it might be perfect for me. Thanks for sharing! Keep'em coming!!!

i wonder if this will help boost sales and make it a hit. by making it more accessible to people who wouldn't otherwise shop chanel or visit boutiques. seems like a great idea.NM is making it a little easier to look at and order a Gabrielle bag:

I decided to experiment on one of the many ways of wearing the Gabrielle Bag today...
Here's the Waist-bag Style:

I split the chains, 1 chain went cross-body and 1 chain went around the waist.
So so so brilliant! Do you remove the stoppers if you want to store the bags away? Love the backpack with two straps on![]()
