I know it has been a while since you posted this, but thank you so much for posting this video. I have the old medium, with the thought that I already have so many small bags that are cute but don’t fit much. I am petite and I haven’t used it much because it looked a bit bulky on me worn on the shoulder, and it sits a bit too high when worn cross body. From watching the video now I know it looks amazing when worn with the split strap style! Thanks so much.

Whoever say this bag is ugly, definitely has no taste

I think it is one of the most beautiful and versatile bag from Chanel. The most unique one too! this is my next favourite bag to mini lady dior.
Love it and I’m so going to cherish it even more with the constant price increase from Chanel.

If they keep up on the production and releasing new colors every season, even though very limited, I think it can be part of the permanent line. But if it keeps forgotten and be made just for a few "classic color combo", people may lost interest.

Re the hype of Gabrielle bags going down - they are definitely not as popular as they used to be. I do think the bigger Gabrielle hobos look sort of dated now but the small / mini hobos and the backpacks are still cute and chic especially for the gen z crowd and I could see these ones lasting a while.

I have the medium So Black chevron from 2019 and I do kind of wish that I got the small size instead. I still LOVE it tho - I’m just glad I got the So Black and not the regular version because it’s more of a collector’s piece at this point.

Any recommendation on where to best buy a Gabrielle pre-loved? I feel there are great deals to be had since the popularity has significantly died down. I was hoping to get a medium in neutral tweed or black caviar.

I love it too. I thought it’d become a classic with all the hype when it first launched, but I guess it didn’t sustain which is good and bad. Bad because it won’t be included in the price increase haha
