About the CLF, I actually bought on H.com because my SA from "our" store never called me about it. I know they had one because I saw it in the display case a couple weeks ago but she was out so I wanted to wait for her. I know this is an inexpensive piece in H world but I must say I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get a call. I worked in high end jewelry retail when I was an undergrad and we were always told that EVERY customer is important because one never knows when they will decide to make the big purchase. H truly does operate in their own confusing [albeit beautiful] world haha.


Thank you dear Ladybaga!! I don't know how much time I'll have to shop since mum and I are only there a couple days after crossing over on the QM2 but hopefully they'll have something at Harrods since that's always a MUST when in London lol.

I'm so sad about that. It's frustrating. It happens all the time. And yes every customer deserves good service. You did the right thing buying it where you could. Have a fabulous time in London.

While both look amazing with your jacket, I really LOVE the paperoles the best! I love how the gold buttons of your Chanel jacket reflect the swirls of gold in the paperoles. Your gorgeous cream sheath looks best with the boucles shawl! So modern and fresh! I love how elongating it is, too. You are so tall and slim; this shawl follows the clean lines of your sheath. BEAUTIFUL!!! (Sorry to enable, but you gotta keep the shawl.....)
