Here is my dilemma: boucles scarf or shawl?
With my new dress
I think the shawl is clearly better with the dress.
With my tweed jacket. I'm not sure.
Is boucles better than my paperoles?

The shawl with the dress for sure....you might try the scarf tied closer to the neckline on the dress and see if that unifies it....
Ok I prefer the scarf with the jacket. Although I could not view your attachment of paperoles.
The dress - not sure if I prefer scarf or shawl.
I like the scarf better with the jacket. I love the contrast of the nubbly wool and the smooth silk.
Ooh. Like them both. I do like how the gold bits in paperoles picks up on the gold buttons...
While I love the cw of the shawl, I like the scarf better with the two outfits you posted.
But I like Paperoles even better, especially with your jacket.

You know I like the shawl (which I haven't seen IRL, so I may change my mind!), but I must say that I prefer the scarf with both the jacket and the dress. I think the Paperoles may work as well as the boucles with the dress, while the scarf looks certainly better with the jacket, especially considering that Paperoles seems to be a perfect match, too.
